Experience in the drive through was horrible I was in line at 7:45 and ordered my food no one came to the for 30 minutes while I beeped my horn to get someones attention. Someone finally came to the window and instead of her say Im sorry for the long wait she tells me the price of my meal. Umm I think Im owed an apology because Ive been waiting for so long! I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier asked do you still want your food and I said yes but whats taking so long and she goes we are understaffed and there is limited food... the manager never came to the window! Horrible customer service and they need some lessons on how to handle tough situations and how to deal with customers. I was a loyal Boston Market customer but the horrible service at this location makes me never want to come back!!

I went in to this establishment on 4/5/2017 at 8pm. I ordered two meatloaf meals to go. Both with creamed spinach. I had 1 with sweet potatoes and 1 with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Ok lets start with the girl that was fixing my food she had RBF and needed and attitude adjustment it was like you shouldnt ask her anything. Now on to my meals the so called creamed spinach is spinach artichoke dip (NOT CUTE), the so called meatloaf was past nasty it has nothing in it or on it. The meatloaf smells and looks like bad dog food. After i ate just a few bites of everything i got sick on my stomach (HELLO BATHROOM). I will be getting my money back. I have a dog and wouldnt give this food to her.

This one of the few places that my wife and I continue to frequent due to the great value, service and quality there. Same price as McDonalds but with better quality and usually speed too.
