I really wouldnt even give them a 1 star. Placed an order on line at 831 pm and took over an hour for it to be delivered and I only live 10 minutes away. I paid for the order with my debit card with no tip added as I gave cash for that. When I checked with my bank they over charged my card. I have called twice to speak with a manager and was told he would be in at the end of the week. What kind of establishment does not have a full time manager...I will never order from here again.... I did go in on Aug 5th and was refunded all my money but when I asked for them to produce my signed credit card receipt I was told by the manager that he could not find it....Hmmm something is going on here.

Pizza tower is the worst place i have ever ate i use to eat there atleast ever other day and stop becouse got so bad infact it got so bad that my daughter would not eat if we ordered from there and then tonight i though i would give them another chance and when my food came there was hair in it and when i call and told them about the problem they told me that i had to bring it to them and they would replace it my reasoning was i paid u to bring it to me and gave u a tip why should i half to bring it to u i didnt put the hair in it how would u feel about a situation like this if it was u?

Ordered a crab cake sub. What I received could at best be described as a crab flavored sub. There was almost no crab meat in the cakes. Basically it was a bread cake sub with seasoning. For $11.99 plus additional cost for lettuce, tomato and any other condiments with the exception of tarter sauce and cheese. The worst crab cake sub I have ever had. Needless to say after a few bites it was thrown away as I was for carryout and by then miles away. No way would I ever go back there.

I ordered the Italian Stromboli and a milkshake, but the cheesecake is on special so, I had to amend my order to include it. The shake and cheesecake was terrific but the Stromboli is gargantuan, seriously, they should make a movie about "The Neverending Stromboli", it comes with three 6oz sauce cups and its top-tier, let me tell you.

This is carrie lewiss girlfriend, pizza tower has amazing food and amazing owners and staff,very fast on delivery and the sauce is homemade and amazing as well, very clean and well kept! I love this place!
