This was the 2nd time Ive been to his location since moving to Frederick in November. I love coldstone! But Ive had to wait until I get back to Howard county for family visits. The 1st time coming here the service was horrible and the 1 person staff was disrespectful. The 2nd time, service was great, I even left a tip, but I got a little extra in my ice cream. Hair!!!! I wanted a couple bites before going to bed, so fortunately I was standing in the kitchen actually watching what I was eating for a change. And to my surprise I find 2-3 strands of blonde or ombré blonde hair entangled together. 3rd time wont be a charm here, Im never going back!

Very bad after taste and I had to run 5 miles after. I felt as though they barked at me as soon I was walked in the door. I do like their lemon sorbet however, tastes like Italian ice! Personally, I prefer Maggie Moos they are a bit cheaper and I believe higher quality.

Excellent experience! Ice cream is rich & creamy, and the mix-ins are perfect. Knowledgeable & helpful staff as well. Said online that they were permanently closed for someone reason, however I can attest that theyre still open!

Its clean and they go out of their way to give you special service. I told them I really liked peanut butter so they gave me a peanut butter spoon.

I love cold stone. But this is far and away the worst one, consistently, i have ever been to. There is something wrong with their ice cream!
