I work at Coldstone Creamery and our Sinless smoothies do not have sugar in them, which is clearly listed on the display board. It is flavored with Splenda, which is not sugar, it is a sugar substituent. Our fruit only has natural sugars in it, which any average human being knows, so if you are asking if we add sugar, we do not. Just in case you didnt know, sugar and carbohydrates are different organic compounds, so maybe you should take a chemistry class and learn that. If you are so dedicated to your keto diet, than perhaps you shouldnt venture into an icecream shop in the first place.

This location seriously disappointed us when we showed up 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked already. An employee noticed us and opened the door to let a customer out and tell us their clock is already past 10 and they have cleaned the stone already. We double checked the time on our phones and it said 10 till. I understand being on time but I dont think closing 10 min early is good business practice.

This is the greatest ice cream money can buy. It is exceptionally creamy and delicious. The friendly and charming crew at this fine establishment can mix anything your heart desires into your desert right in front of you, in an exceptional display of skill. The smell of fresh made waffle cones will bring a year to your eye, as you wait in line anticipating the culinary experience of a lifetime.

While I know the price is a little high for some ice cream, theres something about freshly created ice cream right in front of you! The smell of this shop is enough to make your mouth water, but the flavors are amazing as well! Getting a waffle cone on a warm summer day is incredible and makes you feel like a kid again (except you get a bigger cone now!) :) Check it out if you in the area!

Found a long hair in my ice cream. When I went back in to tell the lady who made it for me, she acted as though it was an inconvenience for her to make me a new one (there was no one else in the store). She also did not apologize, which I find very rude since it was her hair in it. I suggest they hire a staff that acts and looks professional.

I had a banana crunch. The ice cream had no taste at all, it was just cold cream with nuts and 3 slices of banana. I had the runs all nite so they must not be very sanitary. For the price Ill just stick with known brands who know what ice cream really is. Try training in sanitary practices like wearing gloves when you handle money then food.

This place not only has great ice cream, but amazing employees. Every single person we have had the pleasure of interacting with has been so professional, kind and friendly! We are in Wilmington on vaca and have gone here every night for dessert and look forward to the delicious treats and super friendly staff each time!
