Hawarden pizza ranch is ran by 2 adults and a bunch of school age children. The customer service is far from great. It ranges from wrong orders to burnt food. If you do call in a complaint expect to get talked to like a child. Lesson learned we will take future business to other ranches with more pride of ownership.

Its just not great. No consistency with the quality of the food. Sometimes the food is old, or burnt, but sometimes its good. Buffet starts at 5pm and they frequently dont have all the food ready for the buffet until 530 or later.

Stopped by on memorial day, late. They were cleaning and went out of their way to cook us a pizza. Excellent customer service.

Darrel is great, but the employees on the night shift are not. He buffet has little to no food and some of it is not so good.
