My moms vanilla shake didnt even have the consistency of a smoothie it was soo thin, she threw it away before ee even sat down. I ordered vanilla with snickers and there were two big chunks of hard ass candy that I could barely chew, didnt finish it... I asked for napkins as what they served me for my four year old was dripping down the side, I was told they were along the windows. Half of them were empty and the table I sat down at was dirty. Only positive? My daughter enjoyed her $5 scoop of cotton candy ice cream with sprinkles. #overrated #willnotreturn

Awhile back one of my best friends got me to try and become a fan of the Cold Stone experience. Great ice cream with many options to mix and enhance your frozen treat. I like to mix two different ice cream flavors and generally some pecans. This location is a regular stop for me and has a great selection of both regular and changing flavors. Service is always very good.

Poor customer service. Just went there with my wife, one of the staff members was very pleasant, but the other was not (not friendly, spoke over me when trying to order). Told the friendly staff member that the customer service was poor with her counterpart, she said his brother is the manager, so Im guessing he gets a pass when it comes to customer service.

Kind of expensive. Ice cream is good. Kids working there screwing around alot! None of them had on any kind of cold stone shirt or uniform! Was kinda hard to tell who worked there or didnt!!! They used to at least wear t-shirts!!!

Good, friendly service. Ice cream is great. Just dont always want to spend $7 on an ice cream cone. Got a large milk shake for the price of a quart from the store. Good for a treat once in a blue moon.
