The staff is completely rude! Every time I go. They always mess up my order. Always rush u when u order. I go here almost everyday cause its like 5 mins from my house. I rather drive 25 mins to the other location than to go here. I had went there today and I had asked for extra ice for my Carmel frappe and this employee "cami" was giving me an attitude about it. And this wasnt the first time.I ask for extra ice because they always make my Carmel blast watery. There is only one girl that does it right and she is no longer working there. I could hear cami talking from the window while shes making it saying she wanted extra ice. Making a big deal about it. Than the other employee was like who? And cami was said the girl at the window! And she ordered something else I dont even remember what it was . The other employee just looked at me rolled her eyes and shook her head. Like I you kidding me??? Worst customer service ever !!! never ever going here again!

THIS PLACE IS AN ORGANIZATIONAL MESS FROM THE FRANCHISE OWNERS TO THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE!! SIMPLE ORDER EXTRA LARGE COFFEE CREAM AN SUGAR. NOPE!! WHAT CHU WANT?!?! PLEASE PULL UP. THEN THE OWNER ASKED ME FOR MORE DOLLAR BILLS SINCE MINE DIDNT HAVE LINES THROUGH THEM. SINCE WHEN DO PEOPLE CHECK FOR WATER MARKS ON ONE DOLLAR BILLS?!?! THERE IS ONLY ONE COFFEE GIRL THAT KNOWS HER JOB AN I AM SURE IS WAY UNDER PAID!! MISS LISA COFFEE GIRL WILL REMAKE YOUR DRINK IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY. there on a saturday, I just wanted to pick up some k cups they sell,we went through the drive though window and we almost got sick from the strong pot smell that came out, they were all getting high in the store, just stupid, we had to wash are hands after we touched the box it was that bad, do that crap at home,not were u work.I reported it to the cops and I also called corp on them,hope the get fired.

Horrible, Plain rude staff. Dont come here late on friday nights. Lazy staff. They dont let you finish what you order and they say your price right away and dont ask if you want anything else. Veryyyyy rude tone in there voice(s). They dont give you time to choose and they stand there and stare expecting us to know what was on the menu already.

Always out of vanilla and chocolate ice-cream. Its ridiculous since those are the 2 flavors they should always have. They need to learn how to order more of it so they dont run out.

They go thru a lot of staff...never get my order right...have to repeat my order at the window...never say hello/hows your day...bad food/coffee. I am going to Starbucks now.

The food and service are fine. However, the location on Kirk Rd., just north of Butterfield Rd. in Aurora, is much cleaner and the staff much friendlier.

Ordered a brownie sundae and they didnt have brownies so I order a banana spilt they didnt have bananas so went sumwhere else never will go back there
