This store rarely gets my order right. I live in Lockport and go to a different store on my route to work cuz my drink/sandwich is usually not prepared right at this store :/ The staff is really friendly though!

I asked for a straberry refresher drink, I told them with just a little bit ice, and they filled up the whole glass with ice and not even the half of it is the drink! This its absolutely unacceptable.

Great service. Starbucks is attentive to customers needs. My favorite drink is the Midnight Mint Frappi drink. Also try their chocolate coffee beans up front at the register.
