My Jr. Whopper was cold. 9:00 at night no outside lights were on. Not even the menu lights. Asked if they were open. She said, "yes." I asked why arent the lights on. She answered, "Because I didnt turn them on." I think she didnt want to work. I think she wanted people to think they were closed. I hate this Burger King. I only go there because its on my way home. This is the last time though. I would rather drive a quarter mile further to Mc Donalds. Better prices. Better food. Better service! Its a stretch to give this BK 1 star.

This place is a joke . Night shift manager is rude and doesnt know how to do her job. I called and complained because this isnt the second time my food has been burned and over cooked to the point where you cant eat it or it will hurt your tooth . When we called they were laughing she wouldnt tell me her name and hung up on me . I will be going in tomorrow. And also be getting the corporate number .

One star is too much. Being a former Burger King manager I noticed too many things as soon as a I walked in this place ...was filthy, no manager on site , everything was just messy. Could tell they dont care about their jobs. Had to order everything freshly cooked after seeing such place.

Waited 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches and fries. I asked for no mayo on them and when I opened them at home, they were SMOTHERED in it. The crew kept leaving their stations to talk while customers were waiting. Very rude and they clearly should be fired for bad service.

what a terrible experience, ordered egg and cheese croissant, hash browns, and coke. hash browns were massively greasy and coke had a nasty after taste. this will be the last time i eat at a burger king especially this one.

Waiting at drive thru, no cars around at 11am, was there for over 5 min. I pull up, moron is texting on her cell, and said she didnt have her headset on. Typical Bernie Sanders supporter.

Unfortunately keep returning with the same results. Very slow service, fries are cold and unsalted, and employees on their phones. Wish it would improve.
