if I had never been to Shake Shack, it would have gotten another star... But the shakes are for a machine, fries were just cooked yet were served cold(?) and the burger patty itself was tasty but bun and station sauce are just like Shake Shack... Even worse, the prices are also like Shake Shack. Servers were ok but manager didnt even greet me as a customer. Just popped out, talked to a worker and left to the back again. Which speaking of, I wont be.

The Filling Station is inspired by Five Guys Burgers and Fries, and offers tasty burgers. However, the milkshake I ordered was sub-par, and the fries cant compare to Five Guys. Also, the prices are high for the mediocre portions (the fries are too small!). Good lunch if youre in New Canaan, but head to Five Guys if youre just stopping by in town.

The cashier was rude. Rang up the wrong order. Then asked if it was a double and I said yes. He then responded rudely stating yeah I canceled the order. I then asked him if he was going to charge me more money or charge a new order and he responded you got a problem. Never going here again.

The best milkshake Ive ever tried. Strawberry with fruity loops. What a texture and taste. Their burgers were also absolutely amazing. The bacon is real thick cut bacon, and the buns are butter toasted. Burgers are cooked perfectly (medium/medium-rare). Wow.

Good food, but one of the guys who worked there was sassy as heck, in fact I would say he was rude, but the burgers are on point, overall a good place to go for a burger but not as good as five guys

Very good organic burgers you can get localy for relative good price. I am a college student and go there for lunch with friends most of the time. If you have UCONN id they give you 10% discount :)

Food great service horrible. Guy with orange hair sassed me and was incredibly rude. He had a sun tattoo on his wrist. I wont go back if that guy is in the building

when we want a burger this is our go-to place. fast service and a nice variety of toppings and sauces. whoever is in charge of the music has good taste.
