The rudest lady at drive thru manager must be lazy they were serving only beans and acted like it was my fault I will inform corporate no steak chicken ground beef and I got told off owner should fire manager and whoever worked tonight a apology would have been fine if u cant run a restaurant close it 62817 around midnight she was even talking bad to me in front of a customer as I was leaving y open window?? Worst customer service Ive experienced in years. Ordered 3 items in DT. Car on front took 5 min to get food, I paid, 10 min later.. no food, no one coming to window to communicate. Drove around and walked in... Was told " were shorthanded, we had big orders". You had 8 people working.. thats not shorthanded, thats incompetent. Visited this location for 3 decades now, in the future ill just drive to the next town.

Slow drive-thru service. after we ordered, there was one vehicle ahead of us. My wife had time to go inside, use the restroom, look out front to see if was finished, walked back to the car still waiting to pull up to the pickup window. Then once we pulled forward we waited another 4 minutes for our food. BTW, there was 1 customer in the lobby. Food was hot. They just need to move faster.

it has been terriable the last few times eating there several of the employees (kari, amber) are rude and unprofessional. they brought there personal drama to there work place and were cusing and yellig and threatening customers at there driver through window. my husband no longer will eat there because kari threatened a customer at the drive through window.

I work locally and when I went in one of the staff members(Jesse, I believe) told me he wouldnt serve me because I work at another fast food restaurant in town. Hes constantly very rude and was very unprofessional while we were waiting for our food(talking to friends). It wasnt a good experience.

Honestly this taco bell used to so good. Last couple years its really gone downhill. I ALWAYS add sour cream and take away tomato and onion and I swear its wrong every single time... Sometimes the service is quick, but its probably a 1 in 5 shot. Be prepared to sit there forever. Literally

There was 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. It took 21 minutes from the time I gave my order til my order was handed to me. This is the third time that Willows Taco Bell took forever when it really wasnt that busy. I will travel to Williams that Taco Bell is always speedy.

Probably the slowest way to get food in town. If you go there and order two things you better make sure youve got at least a quarter tank of fuel and 30 to 45 minutes to spare. I dont usually write reviews but the overall Lazyness here is ridiculous

I dont often write reviews for fast food restaurants, but the service here was amazing. The restaurant was very clean inside and for taco bell the good was great. You can tell the employees take pride in their work and to me that was inspiring.
