Very dissapointed in my visit to Taps, not a fan of the customer service AT ALL. Firstly, we tried to order food, only to be told that they had closed the kitchen early. We asked for some chips, nuts or SOMETHING but it mustve been too much to ask. At that point, we probably shouldve left because it didnt even seem like he wanted to be there himself. Anyhow, i ordered myself a naked barbie which consists of malibu rum, strawberry syrup and pineapple juice. I swear, what i was presented had to be STRAIGHT JUICE. I asked the bartender about it, and his excuse was sub par, but i suppose an excusable one being that its a sweet drink and i didnt watch what he actually put in the drink. It doesnt take much for me to get a buzz, so i chugged it like the glass of dole pineapple juice it was -_-. Yepp, NO BUZZ, just a sugar rush. There were only like 6 people in the bar anway! He couldve been a lil more "charitable" with the rum! Come on now! Thats how you keep and gain clientele, you go the extra mile. Unfortunately for Taps, i wont be back. Dont waste your money.

Im super happy that I had a mini birthday party for my boyfriend at this wonderful bar. The day before the party, I spoke with both the owners and they answered all the question that I have. One of the wowing and cute thing they did was asked me to send a pic of my boyfriend so they can post it up on their tv and they wrote "Happy 29th Bday Mike!" (When he saw it, he loved it!) They all served us with smile and made sure everyone was taken cared of. The service they gave us was beyond excellent. If youre a lady and you have to walk to your car alone, they will assist you to your car and make sure youre safe. It was my third time coming there and I just absolutely love everything. Everyone loved it and had such a wonderful time!! Amazing food and drinks. Thanks again you guys ❤️

First time going there and waited 15 minutes before getting a menu. The waitress brought the menu and told us the specials and left. We waited about 30 minutes and didnt get seen to even order a drink. The bartender came out and served drinks to a table and then returned to ask if they needed anything else before our waitress came back. She finally decided to head to our table as she noticed us walking out the door.

Taps Bar n Grill is officially the only bar I go to regularly. First... The bartenders are charming and charismatic. The security and waiters are also pleasant and easy to talk to. I havent tried everything on the menu yet, however the Tomato soup is the BEST in town from my experience. The atmosphere is generally relaxed but always full of laughs. They have Karaoke, live music and other events weekly. Happy Hour <3

By far the best bar Ive ever been to. It is the only place I consistently come back to. The service is phenomenal and I have had multiple chances to speak with the owner. He is very humble and has on occasion allowed myself and other patrons to try new dishes before theyre released! Fantastic place. :)

This is an awesome atmosphere customer service is A-1 and NO they do not have roaches ignore the comments from the last gentlemen response he use to work for the company and was caught red handed steeling all and all this is the place where you will mos def get your money worth.

Went yesterday after the movies, and really enjoyed myself! My kids, 9 and 6, even had a nice time. Flaming Hot wings are Bomb and the drinks are good and strong... how I like them at least. Overall great place to chill. Will be going back Thursday night for Karaoke!
