recently I stayed at the motel six across the way from pizza guys on Plymouth road . I called in my order and went in fifteen minutes later to pick up my order. Now I was happy with the how quickly my order was prepared but as I was leaving I noticed that I had no napkins and asked for some. And realized that I had ordered a salad and was not given a fork. All together I think that the attitude of the worker was poor and the service was poor. I cannot believe that I had to ask for napkins and a fork. you would think that common sense would be pretty simple and that your workers wouldnt forget particular items like a fork or napkins since I was not coming from home. And assuming the worker who took my order over the phone was the same individual that gave me my order when I went to pick it up, he had asked me while placing my order where I was located and I had told him that I was at the motel next door..

The best pizza ever with excellent customer service. I have been ordering from them for 6+ years even though there is one closer to my home. Julie and the wonderful team always make us feel like valued customers. Besides the wonderful food and people, the value and prices are better than any other pizza place around!!!!

Ive had a lot of pizza being from NYC, so Id like to think I know my pizza. And while this wasnt NYC pizza, it was great! Custom made thick crust pie with chicken and garlic sauce. I cant put into words how fast that pie disappeared. Ill definitely be a regular customer.

If I could give a negative # on the review I would. Waiting to place my order & was totally ignored. I walked out. My friend made the order online after I walked out... They will expect the payment right away....customer service need work at this establishment
