My boyfriend and I live in Sebastopol, and Mombo’s is usually our go-to pizza place. One night we decided to try Buddies on a whim, since it’s literally right around the corner from our house. We called in our order for delivery, and they told us it would be there in about 40 minutes. A full hour went by, and no sign of pizza. Assuming they were having trouble finding our house, we decided to call. The guy on the phone was rude, abrupt and completely unapologetic. He said the pizza was in the oven, and should be arriving in 15 minutes. He hung up without even saying goodbye. Again, we waited… Another 45 minutes went by. It had now been 1 hour and 45 minutes since we ordered our pizza! Just when we were about to call again, the pizza showed up. The delivery guy didn’t have parmesan, and he didn’t apologize either for being over AN HOUR LATE. The pizza itself was okay, but nothing special. We called later to complain about how long it took, and about the rudeness we experienced, and the manager on the phone didn’t seem to care at all. He didn’t even apologize after we told him it was our first time ordering from Buddies, and that we’d never order from them again. This business obviously does not care about its customers. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Stick with Mombo’s or Round Table!

The person I spoke to was very nice BUT i was forced to order over $28 worth of food in order to get it delivered. I was told my order would arrive within 30 to 40 mins but it arrived in just over an hour. I was disappointed that I had to order way more food then I could eat and when our veggie pizza arrived it basically was just an olive pizza. After seeing this i decided i was NOT going to tip. I already paid over $28 for a very poor medium pizza and mediocre amount of bread sticks and the delivery guy didnt offer any cheese or peppers. The delivery guy was some blonde haired kid who kept mean mugging me after I decided not to tip. That was very annoying as well. I dont tip for mediocre service or sloppy sub par expensive pizza or to rude kids that think they deserve a tip when hes working for a decent hourly wage. This isnt the east coast where they get paid a few bucks an hour and actually work for tips kid. welcome to the real world where you get paid what youre worth.

After my disaster with Marys telephone person.....THIS WAS A DELIGHT!!!!!!! Person answer the phone, took my order made some suggestions and then told me it would be at my hotel at my room in about 25-30 minutes. Right on time the delivery was made and I was in heaven by the smell of fresh hot pizza I ordered their medium special with everything on it. It was the best pizza that I have had in a long time.....The crust was perfect cooked, the sauce was not overdone, the toppings were fresh and delicious. THIS WAS A GREAT PIZZA AND GOOD VALUE.....SO IF IN TOWN GO OR ORDER YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...Thanks to the person on the phone I was starving that night

All I can say is WOW! Their food is so fresh and delicious. This is a family owned pizza place so everything is made to order unlike the generic pizza hut / little cezars crap pizza. Buddies will leave you wanting for more!!!!! Their side orders, like the salads, fish n chips, BBQ/ Hot wings are just as good as all their pizzas!! I go there frequently and their prices arent bad either!! YOU GOTTA TRY IT! Mouth - watering goooooood!!!!!!!

This place is the best! In addition to having the perfect pizza for my vegetarian wife, they have a wide variety of fresh - yes, fresh - toppings to choose from. Add a 10 mile delivery range, and this place will make the pizza you want and get it to where you want it! Seriously, 10 mile delivery radius. Thats unheard of these days!

Delicious pizza! I order from them all the time, they have the largest delivery area in Sebastopol. They have a huge variety and Im never disappointed with their product and service. Price is great too! Gotta try it..
