walking in the cashier said hello thanks for the wait. thats probably the only good thing I saw there. I am in the cooking industry myself and as a sous chef I notice things very easily. I was upset out of my mind to see the cashier use his gloved hands that he was previously making a pizza with, answer the phone without taking the gloves off and/or washing his hands after to put new gloves on and went right back to making a pizza. not to mention all of the pizza cooks were not washing their hands and putting new gloves on in between new pizza orders. Unsanitary and UNACCEPTABLE. Unprofessional, I see an employee, whom didnt seem to be on break or anything in the kitchen with a cigarette in his ear. Thats a lovely sight to see at a food establishment. At least wait to go on your break to be walking around for who knows how long with a cigarette in plain view. Overall I think this Round Table disgraced the other ones that actually care about simple servsafe practices and general appearance of not only themselves but the business they are selling and upholding. One comment to Mr. Management there, please please please please watch your staff and hold them to the standards you know are they are supposed to be at. If I could do less than 1 star I would. Food safety is an automatic fat negatory..Zilch..Nada..0 stars!!!

Feb 20 2015- I am in Kansas. My friend is in San Francisco. Today is his birthday. He wasnt having such a good day so I wanted to send him dinner in since he couldnt get out. This Round Table Pizza went above and beyond to twice deliver a pizza for me for my friend!! I found during all this that my friend does use this place for his pizza orders and I can understand why! Nice, friendly, helpful caring people and if my friend orders from them, the pizza has to be good and worth it too!!! I dont know the first guys name, but thanks to him and to Frank who helped me for the second time delivery!! :-) Your help and kindness helped make my friends birthday a special one!! :-) I Highly Recommend this Round Table Pizza!!! :-) DW

My boyfriend and I received a coupon in the mail from Round Table Pizza to buy one pizza and get another one of equal or lesser value for 50% off. We certainly didnt hesitate to use it and its a good thing! The pizza came exactly 45 min. after we ordered it, it was made just as we requested, and it wasnt piping hot, but seriously, Im not that surprised, considering the long distance the delivery person drove to get to our house. Its just as one would expect from *most* pizza delivery places. Oh yeah, they didnt even ask for the coupon, so chances are well be eating delivery again.

I had a pretty crappy experience at this location. I ordered close to closing time, making sure to ask them even before ordering if that was alright. After being assured that it was, I ordered my XL Deluxe well done cut into 8 pieces like I usually do. I go and pick up, and I pay for my pizza and go, only to find it undercooked AND cut into about 30 thin slivers. They actually took the time to cut the pizza more just so they could piss me off for being their last order of the night! Its my neighborhood pizza joint but I will not be returning.

I ordered a pizza and received a phone call saying the wait would be one hour. I told the person that the wait time was fine. 1.25 hours later I called to check on the status of the delivery. I was told that my pizza was not ready yet and it would be 20 more minutes. I said that was fine. 45 minutes after that the pizza finally arrived and it was cold. I spent $30 to wait 2 hours for a cold pizza. This pizza place is less than a mile from my house. I will never order from this place again.

Order a pizza and email confirmed to pick up @ 7:38. After coming inside to pick up and was told another 20 mins. Came back 20 mins and the guy said another 20 mins. If they cannot keep up their schedule, the should change the confirmation. Such as a store. That is it and will not come back to this store anymore.

We waiting for over 3 hours for a pizza that never got delivered! We called several times and they lied repeatedly and said it would arrive in 20 minutes. The manager refused to speak with us and their customer service is horrible. Avoid this place at all cost and save yourself time and money. They are the worst!!

I have not ordered from this location for months due to the bad customer service. Nothing has changed. Once again dealing with a very rude guy who was taking my order, speaking to me in a very rude tone and deeming manner. I canceled my order.

For a big chain pizza joint, this place is good. I order here frequently. Not a lot of indoor seating. Better to get delivery or take out. Their garlic cheese sticks are amazing!

Alright. No mushy texture, some crunch. You should probably try some real SF pizza instead of franchised stuff But if you have to this is pretty decent to good on the chain scale
