TRASH!! Dont bother with this one just go to another one or save your money all together it says they close at 12am i arrived to the drive through at 11:09pm waited 20 minutes yes 20 whole minutes no greeting dead silence, TWO employees walked towards the window and made eye contact with me while i was waiting to order and said nothing just simply turned and walked away. Even if youre only getting paid minimum wage the least you could do is let a paying customer know something..anything so in addition to this review a corporate complaint was filed because that was honestly ridiculous do better.

Workin late on a scooter hungry so i Hit the drive-thru, ordered the new specialty cheeseburger fries and a drink for 3:50 requested no mustard no pickles the 15 minutes to get my order reached in grab the burger on the way back to the shop took a bite...... mustard and pickles! I hate mustard and pickles!!!!!!! Oh it gets better, no recipe so I Google to call........ number is disconected?!!! Maybe that explains dude wearing shabby slacks and nasty t-shirt no uniform. What a waste of time, time is money and im still starving marvin, guess its the ho-hos in the shop fridge.

When you get your order dont expect it to be of normal size your burger will be really small like a kids meal. The soda is mostly water, I went in and had some it did not taste like anything, I went to tell them up at the front and they said it was fine. Another thing is the soda isnt even cold and there are no ice that comes from the machine they have to give it to you at the counter, so unless you like hot soda go right ahead, this place is not worth eating at.

The place is the worst. The car in front had a big order and they had them in the drive thru instead of making them pull to the front. 10 mins later they finally pull off and I get my good. Needless to say my food was cold. Took it right back to gey my money back and again I was stuck behind a car with a huge order. Couldnt back out of the drive thru due to a car behind me. Needless to say that was another 10 mins smh. Ridiculous

Service was slow place is super dirty second time I come nd the soda machines have no ice the sodas I believe are over due the taste really weird and funny bad service also cashiers and workers dont listen to customers I was here and heard a complain about the soda also and all the cashier said was oh it does ok Ill go she never came all in all this Burger King sucks 1/10

This is the second time I visit this location and the two times they forgot the ketchup even though I ask for it plus they do not prepare your coffee!!!! I am in a hurry if I had time to prepare my coffee I would do it at home and not give my money away to a bad service restaurant. This really anodyne me!!! and yes I do ask for the cream and sugar in the coffee.

Even though its almost closing time(its 9:30), it would be great if they cleaned the floors more often. That way they dont have much to clean towards closing time. They have an A, yet I see dirty floors, hair balls on the floor, etc. I know its a fast food place, but cleanliness is must. Friendly staff though. A for customer service.

They will screw up your order. You will wait forever. The icee machine will be broken. Its by my house so I come occasionally in hopes theyve learned how to follow instructions. Or give me everything I paid for. Or call my number when they actually have my food ready. The worst.

Was ignored for 5 min by an employee name Maria. After 5 min of waiting for my food. Maria nevever smiled at any customer and even yawned in the face of a customer while they ordered. She looked like she hated her job. I also observed a young man giving food away to 4 girls.

We bought a mocha frapp it tastes like whip cream n instant coffee, the hot dogs were dried up nasty ,we also bought the bacon burger was nasty it tasted like the bacon wasnt fully cooked and they took forever to give us our order on top of that!
