Must say, I was slightly disappointed. I came in on a Monday morning (11am, just before the lunch rush), & ordered a large A4 (Chili Cheese Dog) meal, with a large chocolate shake. The shake was liquidy & not appetizing. The chili dog was lackluster- looked nothing like the menu picture, in fact it was more reminiscent of a 711 chili dog. I wasnt asked if my food was "for here or to go" so for my first visit to A&W I didnt get to try the fresh root beer or my shake from their signature "iced" mugs. The only saving grace was that the staff was polite & the root beer was amazing. Overall, not worth the hype.

I normally dont review fast food joints... Because their goal is to make the fries the same way everywhere, right? However, the service we received at this A&W set them apart. Simply outstanding. The nice gentleman refused to sell us chicken that he said "he wouldnt eat", and offered suggestions on where else we could get a quick gluten-free meal near the restaurant. Great servant heart!!

DISGUSTING place. Absolutely filthy I will NEVER feed my family hear. How does this place pass a health inspection- we stopped here for a quick meal walked in it smelled so bad the place is so dirty - food and trash everywhere on the floor. Our feet stuck to the flor when we walked in. The management ought to be ashamed.

Sign on the door says they open at 10:30. I have been several times around 10:40 and the place is locked up and dark. Ridiculous.
