This was the worst experice Ive ever had. My friends ordered food and another customer order a single burrito under the same name. The cashier did not repeat the order back to the other customer and just handed him the bag giving my friends food to him, the cashier then said the customer stole the food but was called out by 2 other customers saying he read the name twice but didnt confirm the order with the other customer. Both the managers on duty then gave both of my friends attitude when they demanded a refund on top of the order being made right since the second time they made the order they messed up everything. They called my friend racist when he made no racial remarks at all he only stated there were 3 people in the kitchen. Ill never return here again and I hope others who read this wont either, I use to work for yum corporation and the service today was way below their standards and for a manager who is held more to those standards than anyone else cant meet up to it, its time for that manager to find employment elsewhere.

Would have given it 5 stars as I know what level of service/food to expect from a fast food joint and this establishment does provide good customer service and obviously to food isnt gonna change from taco Bell to taco Bell but all the local middle school/high school kids treat it as their chill soot and theyre rather disrespectful to the staff... As we speak theres 11 kids hanging out together not 1 bought anything and all used water cups for soda... I mean cmon now, get 2 full of soda and share it and refill it and the rest water... Atleast try n hide it and portray a little self reserve.

Going during the day is fine but at night sucks there a bunch of homeless people in there I have nothing again homeless people most are good people but the ones that hang out there are smoking weed right in front of the door and dealing drugs inside and the staff does nothing they cause a lot of commotion distract the staff they just sit there talking to them making everyonebwait l8nger for there order good is good they bed better management at night its getting out of control

If you want a taco in Livermore, go to Pleasanton. It literally will be faster. My last 2 visits: inside, I waited 25 minutes for 2 tacos and a Mex. pizza. 2 ppl in front of me with small orders. Outside, yesterday in 101° heat: waited over 12 min for same order, after I already had waited 10 min for the car in front of me to get their order. 20+min in sweltering heat. Guy said there were only 2 employees, both times. Bad management. Dont go!

This review is not for the food but for the service. I was in line ordering and of course I couldnt remember what the last item my husband asked me to get and the employee taking my order was so nice that he gave me extra time to call my husband to find out just what item I was forgetting. He wasnt trying to rush me and he was very kind about my situation. Service with a smile! To me thats worth leaving a good review for.

The best Taco Bell west of the Mississippi! Believe me, Ive tried them all. This crew will make the food as per your specifications. The crew is awesome, the food is delicious! Ive never tasted a scorched bean here. The cooks are spectacular! I love Taco Bell, and this place should be proud that they stand out!

Food was as good as you can expect for taco Bell but service was extremely slow. Parking is readily available and it was decently clean enough although I suggest grabbing some extra napkins to clean off your seats. Only taco Bell in the area so not much choice. Overall decent

Theres this one really friendly drive thru man, hes a bit on the older side, but hes such a sweetheart. He made me laugh and everything. Sure the food is okay, but when hes there, everything just makes it better :)

The food is always good for the price, though they charge 20 cents more for a basic taco than Taco Bells outside the Bay Area. The service staff are never rude and sometimes cheerful.
