it wasnt a good experience got cheated out of money we brought a combo it was 1190 but when it was all said and done it was 1580 thats the cashier had charged us individual prices and then the manager said oh the register is different form what you see up on the board the board shows 1190 the register is charging you about a $2 difference so youre paying 13 something for 1190 combo thats not good and the onion rings were nasty no seasoning on it they were so Bland

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The cashier (6/10/17 @ 11pm) just stands there with his tablet and makes you wait 10 mins before he even says a word to you. If we didnt live so far and if Rallys wasnt so packed (i see why) I would have left. Its like the freakin twilght zone in here...everyone seems like theyre in a freakin daze.... The place is flithy. The wait for your food is longer then stated. They should be glad they dont work off of tips.

There is a cook there african american with a shaved head. Well let me start by saying customer service with this man is taken to another level. Food was well on point he even came to our booth to bring us our food and let me tell you his attitude is great. And this was on a Sunday who works on a Sunday with a great attitude. Well this man does. 5 starts for great food and a great staff. I will be coming back.

Great food as always! This location has a large dining area, and nice size bar-seating area up near where the food is prepared. The location sits at a major intersection with a small parking lot that is for all of the businesses located there; so parking can be quite a challenge in that regard. If your in the area, it is definitely work having.

Five star customer service. Today is HOT...i placed my order to go but had to return to my car to put the AC on for my dog. Before I could return to go inside they brought my order to my car. Today is 8/13/15 am staffed rocked it this morning!!!

THE FOOD WAS OKAY THEY NEED TO KEEP THE PLACE CLEANER. WE WERE THE FIRST CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY UNLOCKED THE DOOR AND IT WAS KETCHUP SPLATTERED ON THE FLOOR, PIECES OF TRASH ON THE FLOOR AND THE RESTROOM WAS OUT OF ORDER.

Food was excellent, restaurant was clean. Cashier even gave me the 10% senior discount automatically! I had a Strawberry milkshake made with real ice cream and whipped cream on top, along with yummy onion rings!

No flame broil at this place... I go to Fatburger for flame broil burgers... I wasnt told by the cashier that there was no flame broil at this place... Thats why only only 3 stars...burgers get 5 stars.
