HORIBLE DONT GO EVEN IF YOU JUST HAD UR TONSILS OUT i ordered a scoop of ice cream the waitress mixed it up then proceeded to put the ice cream in the cone and set it ontop of the glass edge i went to pick it up and because it was so close to the edge it fell onto the servers side of the coutner landing face down onto some topping containers and chipping of a piece or two of the cone .No big deal i ask the server for another and she says" i can replace the cone but ill have to charge you"i reply" i would really like to get a complete new scoop" now that it has fallen and been scooped back up. she says "sorry but ill have to charge you for that" so i pay 5 dollars for a dirty scoop of ice cream and end up tossing in the trash anyway WORST ICE CREAM OUTING EVER

The BEST Cold Stone ever!!!! This store is always clean and orderly, very friendly and accomidating staff. Oh and dont worry they ALWAYS have tons of mix-ins and tons of ice cream.
