Ive been shopping here since we moved to the area 23 yrs ago. Most all of the employees have been friendly and helpful. Years ago I would have given this store a 5 star rating but seems as though, ever since the last big strike (exclusive of Stater Bros.), Stater Bros lost their uniqueness. I used to be able to purchase hard to find items. Items you wont see at most of the other major markets and I had some influence with special requests but not any longer. My requests are continually ignored! This store however has better baked goods, IMHO, than others. The store is clean the people are friendly and their raspberry strudel is great. So there are some things the manager is doing right but failing to accommodate in providing requested products ergo my mediocre rating of 3.

Ive been shopping at this store for 4 years and it is unfriendly, unhelpful and down right bad. I have tried to ask for help finding things and get blown off. Theres only ever one or two check outs open -ever- so the lines are backed up so far that they sometimes go into the isles. The people who go there are pushy and have no fear of running into your cart even if you have a child in it. The cashiers are often talking to each other instead of concentrating on what theyre doing. This place has finally hit my last nerve and I do not mind using a little extra gas to go somewhere that has better customers and employees who want to work.

I had a bad experience with a female employee at the meat department, at the store in West Covina on Azusa Ave. she mistreated me , she was very rude, I had to walk away because nobody helped me , it was ridiculous because there was just a couple and me, but four employees were behind the counter and no one could help me, that is how bad employees start ruining some businesses , after this incident I never will go there, fortunately there are so many grocery stores around.

Normal every weekend , Sunday. Spend with my sweet heart for the last 30+ years buying groceries and we happened to go to your store.we split up and went to get separate meat items same counter oppisite ends. My girl met an old acquintance of hers that happened to work for your meat counter. They enjoyed memory lane and it was a nice experience to be in the presence of a calm enjoyable shopping time.

My favorite supermarket. Very clean great selection of foods and products. Neatly organized making it painless to find what you want. Very friendly staff Deli foods are quite delicious and freshly made. Pricing is very competitive

Everytime I go in to buy the fried chicken, its either still cooking or they dont have enough. I went in to buy the super family meal and they only had enough for regular. Also the box girl doesnt know how to box. Everything mixed up.

It had that thing I needed once. I also like the cleaning solution they use to clean the floors, it smells strange. P.S. Sometimes the chocolate is to close to the bananas
