So, all my friends got their coffee & teas and they tasted great. I ordered a a Venti Midnight Mint Mocha. I had gotten the same thing about a week ago and I loved it. But this time, for some reason, my coffee literally tadted like old minty water. There was no flavor. All I tasted was the mint and the cocoa power. My friends tasted it and said the same thing. It was so disgusting. We were parked over by McDonalds and had walked over to Starbucks. I hadnt tasted my coffee untill we were back to McDonalds, and we didnt have time to walk all the way back for me to get a new one. My "coffee" was just nasty and dissapointing.

Only pulled off the road to go here and get some caffeine. Ended up standing around for five or so minutes without being helped. Not that the cashier wasnt helping a customer with gift card reloading and balances and such. While two of the three in the background were working on drink orders. But that one. That guy could have taken my order at least. Sick of waiting I just walked over to the gas station and grabbed a Red Bull. Walking back to my car I could see the cashier was still with the customer.

Stopped in on my way down to SFO. My sister ordered a venti drink, they gave her a grande. I ordered a skinny cafe mocha with 2 pumps hazelnut, and received what tastes like a regular coffee with a lot of milk, CARAMEL, and hazelnut. And it wasnt even mixed properly... Im slurping up clumps of caramel. The barista at the register seemed nice though. If we werent in a rush, we would have complained and got our correct order.

Worst service ever at a Starbucks, we were 1 of 2 people in line, only ordered 2 things a drink and a bagel... Forget my bagel but doesnt bother to ask what I was waiting for(remember I just ordered 5 minutes ago) finally asks and gives me wrong bagel... Doesnt even apologize for his mistakes... Great job bearded dude that doesnt have a handle on life...

Its a starbucks... Reason for lower stars is my wife has ordered Ice tea lemonade twice from here. First time was for black tea but she got mango Ice tea lemonade. Couple days later she ordered mango Ice tea lemonade and received peach Ice tea lemonade

My favorite Starbucks. Its just off the freeway making it super convenient. Even though it has a constant flow of patrons, Ive never waited in a line for more than a minute. The restrooms are decent too, making it family friendly if you have kids.

Ordered an iced chai blended. Got a frappe. Ordered a dark roast no room, only Pikes available or wait for pour over. Got the not very hot Pikes. Oh well. Back in Peets and Bluebottle territory soon.

Ugh, ordered a drink without sweetener and whip cream. Got a drink with sweetener and extra whip cream. Brought this up and they tried to talk me into why I really wanted it how they prepared it :-(
