We order here quite often and I have never had bad service. Always been really great, but tonight they went above and beyond when I answered the door, dog barking, toddler running around naked and baby crying, I dropped my extra large to the floor and some fell out. I was ready to cry. The driver helped me salvage what I could and held the box while I cleaned it up. He was very kind and left apologizing even though it was very much my fault. About 15 minutes later the store called me back and apologized and told me they could deliver another pizza and garlic bread or they could put a free one on my number. I was speechless. Amazing customer service and I will continue to only order from here!

I called and place order with a female worker at 734 and when I got there no one had input my order so I had to sit there and wait until 805. No one fessed up to taking my order and ignoring it. Causing me the only customer that had to wait a problem. This would never happen at the RANCHO CORDOVA PIZZA GUYS.

Great pizza and just great service. No dine in but you can walk in for placing your order. If your order is over 15$ and you pick your order up you get either a 2L soda or ice cream for free with your order.
