This Good Guys on East Bidwell St. in Folsom, CA, has done nothing but go downhill in the last year. Weve patronized this place for more years than I can count. Lately theyre always forgetting something. No longer does a delivery customer get packets of Parmesan or peppers. Ranch dressing can not be requested without a charge. This place has very small overhead compared to other pizza places that deliver because they have no dining area. Its counter service, order it, get it, and go. How they think they can charge for things that actual restaurants normally give you as part of your order is shocking. Their prices used to beat everyone. Not so much anymore. While the pizza is still good the portions of add-ons like anchovies has diminished to the point of having to take time to see if there are any actually on the pizza. Tonight......maybe, as far as we counted, on a medium pizza perhaps and this is being generous, 12 -13 very small segments. Over the ENTIRE pizza! These people better pick up their game or its going to go the way of so many other places that try to skimp and at the same time raise prices. Bad business model! Not sure well give them another chance after all these years.

Crystal was super helpful on the phone while ordering, even applied a coupon for us without my asking. I was hoping that was the start of a great experience, but sadly from that point, it just fell flat. We ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks. The artichoke pizza was good. The Hawaiian was mediocre, and a pepperoni and black olive that was just okay also. The breadsticks werent delivered, we got a small pepperoni pizza instead. I asked for packets of peppers and parmesan, we got 3 of each (not much considering the amount of pizza we ordered). And we did not get ranch which we ordered also. When I called about the breadsticks, the man on the phone was nice about it, and offered us a credit for next time, which may have been great had they not just delivered pizza to us in a hotel room (we dont live here). In the meantime, the delivery driver came back and exchanged the breadsticks for the pizza he left instead. Still no ranch, and the breadsticks look nothing like the photo online. Its pizza dough with some butter or oil and a bit of cheese. If we did live here, this would be the first and only time we ordered pizza from this business.

Pizza wasnt too bad but the service is poor and they rip you off We were charged 25 bucks for a single pizza though they had an offer which said 1 for 12...so they charge us double and when we questioned them they said we didnt mention we wanted the special price... How cool is that

I had never had a Pizza Guys pizza before but from now on I will only order from Pizza Guys. If you are hungry and dont want to spend 30 for one of the other guys specialty pizzas give them a try.

Cardboard pizza... delivery guy didnt bring cheese or peppers and didnt have a pen for me to sign receipt either. Shotty when you can bring cheese or peppers with a pizza.
