I ordered the brisket and ribs combo. The ribs were very thin and grossly over cooked. There was no meat on the top. Literally all the rib bones were bare and fully visible on the top! The crust was flavorless. The meat that was there tasted like beef broth (these were pork ribs btw). Absolutely no smoke or spice flavor. I wouldve been embarrassed to serve this to anyone. I cant believe the cook was ok with sending these out to a customer. The brisket was tender. But again it tasted only like beef broth. Thats it. No smoke, no rub. That was alot of money to pay for glorified pot roast. Also a big disappointment. My wifes steak was cooked ok. But the steak itself was very grizzly and the flavor was off. On the positive side the salad bar was good. As well as the cheese curds, fries, garlic mashed potatoes, buns and apple butter, and the service. Im sure there are several good meals to be had here. But the fact that I was served such poor meats from a restaurant that is supposedly known for smoked meat was a huge let down, and is the reason they only get one star. I wound not eat here again.

The staff was extremely rude including the manager. When we brought up our concerns to the manager he walked away talking negatively about us under his breath. We had a rehearsal dinner there and many of the wedding party asked for well done steaks and they were still really red inside and needed to be sent multiple times and when we talked with the staff about the issue they stated it was offensive that we kept sending it back. We had individuals that couldnt eat any non cooked meat due to medical issues. Ive never experienced such rude service in my life .

Ordered 2 orders of ribs at 8:45pm. Ribs were so overdone and dry we could hardly eat them. My husbands order was an end piece so the ribs were almost meatless. Not worth the money. The waitress never came back to our table as she was tearing down the salad bar. I told her that the food was terrible and she said she was sorry. This was our first time eating here and we stopped because we had heard it was good. We ate almost nothing of our order except my potatoe. We will not be stopping again.

I have been here 3 times , every time service was very slow and food was never hot .... now my wife orders a turkey burger and I a chicken sandwich and after 45 minutes of waiting the bartender tells us they are out of turkey.burgers ! Im out. Went to thorpedos restaurant and food and service was excellent

The level of noise was very high due to a big church group. The service was good. I was very disappointed at the spoiled strawberries put on our plates for garnish. The prices were high for the quality of the food. I will give this place another chance to provide me value for my dining experience.

Been here several times, everything Ive tried off their menu has been amazing, very, very good food. The service great most of the time, only one time it hasnt been. Overall this is the goto spot for my family when we travel to see my uncle. Keep up the great food!

Ribs & baked beans were awesome. Great service. Very reasonable prices especially for the amount of food you get! I was a little skeptical at first based on the outside of the place but the inside was extremely nice and clean. Rustic decor.

Great place for casual dining. Best Smoked Reuben sandwich every and the homemade soups are wonderful. Also appreciate keeping the heritage of this town with his offererings of Polish and German buffets.

The brisket is melt-in-your-mouth amazing! Sauces are more on the thin/southern style. I prefer a thicker, smokey sauce (think Sweet Baby Rays), but the honey garlic was still tasty!
