There is this short, middle-aged woman with glasses (I think she goes by Gramz?) that is so so SO RUDE!!! Im scared to walk in every time because of her. She always talks to me in such a degrading tone for not getting a rewards card, and harassed me about it 3 times at the register today after I politely said "no thank you" with a smile on my face 2 times already. She makes fun of me for getting the same thing a lot in a tone that says its a burden to her. I like my blueberry oatmeal, so what?! Shes so obnoxious and inconsiderate in terms of how she treats her customers. Otherwise, the food is good and the atmosphere is nice.

I very unsatisfied with the downward trend in the quality of food and drinks since it has changed owners. Today we had coffee(bitter), (lemonade, nasty), French onion soup (watery), and chicken salad(small) You will soon lose the level of customers who come. They are not fast food morons. People who eat at Panera are more discerning and will not put up with lower quality at these prices!!!! I am no longer a customer.

My husband and felt disrespected at this location. I felt like the cashier was impatient and gave us attitude when we were deciding on what to order. Then when my husband went to ask for a bag, the 2 cashiers ignored him. One girl was fiddling with the cash machine while the other one was standing there just watching her. We like the food but the rude service was a turnoff. Never again will we go to this location.

I love ordering Panera Bread in for catering or lunches. They are organized, friendly, and help out if they do not have the item on the menu. They make exceptions and offer opinions on what would be equivalent if not better! The best part is I can call in an order with individuals names and they will package all of this individually with the names! Will be ordering from Panera Bread often!

We use to go to panera bread all the time in panama city beach FL where we moved from one day I took my daughter there and she wanted to take her goyougurt home so we did so when I looked at it the next day in are frigde it had expired in 2007 I was so upset Icalled they refunded me my money point is poor young mangement and need to check foods better wasnt expressed with this one :(

Panera bread EAU Claire, youre disgusting. I ordered the avocado sandwich and I got a huge long hair in the eggs. I threw up!! The manager wasnt friendly, the cashier with the bruise under his right eye is arrogant and rude. I have more words to describe him but I dont want to be vulgar for now. Treat people better, rotten place. Stomach - turning !!!!!!

I like Panera. Food is decent, quick, and you can eat healthy, which is better than most places. Generally clean, nice staff. I would recommend double checking your orders made on the web - I have gotten home and been missing items, which really doesnt make me very happy (and the reason for only four stars)

Service can be hit or miss depending on whether or not you get some kid that may or may not care about their job helping you, but the food is usually creative and consistently good, maybe a touch overpriced for the serving sizes, but it always tastes good.

The worst panara I have every gone to. Every person working was more worried about the dog outside then taking my order or even asking me all my options for what I ordered. I would not recommend this panara if you have other options.

Customer service is amazing here they treat you like family no matter how busy it is. Prices are a little high but its all fresh and prepared in front of you so its totally worth it in my opinion

Extremely great atmosphere and food. Panera Breads atmosphere is perfect for anything from studying to a low key lunch date. This specific Panera Bread also has a very welcoming staff.

Pretty good options and fairly good quality. Sandwich was way overpriced, $6.50 for a small salad between two pieces of dry bread... Barely qualifies as a sandwich
