This place is horrible. . Was going there once a week.. several times I had to send my food back because the meat was completely raw.. the last time I went there my husband and I was eating when he said ouch he opened his mouth and inside the roof of it was wood . Looked like a tooth pick stuck inside I told our waiter he and the manager thought it was absolutely funny. I had to take my husband to the emergency room immediately. . And while they was laughing their only worries was if I was paying for it ..and they threatened to call the police so after I went to the hospital I went back and paid them ...because I m human .. and not an idiot who dont care if someone is choking on toothe picks that was inside their food.. my husband had to have the wood inside through roof of his mouth taken out... bad , food , bad service and the manager is garbage

We just returned from LasTrancas and I must say, I am very sorry it is so far from our home. The service was excellent, our food was served quickly and was the best Mexican food I have had in years. Try the Seafood chimichanga and Chocolate Chimichunga for dessert. Both were great and different from the regular Mexican restaurants fare. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop by again!

The food is always delicious and staff is always great! The decor and atmosphere inside is also lovely. Best Mexican Restaurant Ive eaten at. And Ive eaten at a lot of them, all over. Its my favorite cuisine. This restaurant is the one I judge all other Mexican restaurants against. My family lives 5+ hours away and agree that its the best. We always have to eat there when they visit.

Amazing food and friendly, courteous wait staff in a large, well-decorated space. My boyfriend and I stopped here during a long drive for a sit-down dinner and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious and authentic everything was, from the still-warm chips, salsa, guac, margarita that we split, and the entrees. Definitely a hidden gem and worth stopping if you have time.

I eat here a lot. Food is quite good. Only real complaint is that if they get busy during the week, forget it. I waited over an hour for carry out last night. Wasnt the first time its happened. 15 people in line to pay and leave, five or more people waiting to be seated. 3 people waiting for carry out. 1 hostess trying to do it all. Rediculous.

Everyone but, me loved their lunch. The enchilada sauce tastes suspiciously like ketchup. The rice, had fried rice vegetables in it and it was the best thing on my plate as it did not all have enchilada sauce on it. The guacamole, cheese dip, and salsa were good. The wait staff friendly and did not give me a hard time over returning my food.

we visit Ripley yearly for family and have to make a trip here. we always have a wonderful experience. We came in with a party of 18 and were seated quickly. The wait staff was always on top of things, never leaving chips or drinks empty. The food is some of the best mexican food ive ever tasted, falling short only to Mexico itself.

Friendly Staff: Great Food: Very conscientious of my food allergy: I would give 5 Stars except for NO WIFI. For a business lunch or dinner this would be a great place except for the lack of wifi. Very family friendly atmosphere - and roughly 5 or so booths with power outlets just enough when needed.

Horrible, my daughter got food poisoning after eating there along with over 47 other cases called in to the Jackson Co. Health Dept. within just a few days. It was even on the news how sick so many people had gotten after eating there! Call the Health Dept and ask if you dont believe me!

My whole family ordered fajitas and our food was served very quickly from a very friendly waiter. You get a massive portion of food for how much money you spend on your meal and it was incredibly delicious as well!! Would recommend to anyone in this area looking for Mexican food!

The food is decent but not worth the pain/sickness that comes later. Ive never felt that sick in my entire life and the wait staff is always incredibly rude. I highly recommend Cozumel if you want good Mexican food and service while in the area.

Good service. Waiter was very attentive. Food was ok. Shrimp in Fajita and steak in Plato Grande Platter were way over cooked. Shrimp was rubbery and steak was dry and tough.
