The restaurant is not very clean. Our table was sticky. The lighting around the ceiling is very dusty and dim. It looks like many of the bulbs are out. The food was good and a very reasonable price ...but the service was bad. We had to keep getting our servers attention to get a refill on coffee and then she wouldnt remember to bring creamers. This would make more sense if the restaurant was crowded but it was less than half full. All of the customers did seem to be enjoying themselves chatting with people at other tables.

This Place is WONDERFUL if you like home cooked meal types. The prices are fantastic and the food is great tasting. I really like the cabbage roll soup, fried pork chops, salad bar and may other things. My family of 4 typically eat there for around $40 and we normally cant finish everything.....We have to save room for the pie that they make there. They also serve breakfast starting at 7am and have good choices.

Country cooking! Salad bar was the best! Variety of homemade salads, all you can eat. Menu to accompany the salad bar if you wish. Depending on what you order, your fried foods can be a bit overdone if theyre busy. They have nightly specials, homemade desserts.

My boyfriend has been going here since he was little with his family. It is a great place with exceptional food and service. Perfect "country diner." One of the only places who cooks my bacon well done when I ask for it. Staff is very friendly.
