Disappointed. I went thru the drive thru at 9:40p, I couldnt order any food since they close at 10p. I asked her what time it was, she rudely responded with a "I dont know". (Really?!) All they said they had was rice. I asked if I could wait for an orange chicken noodle bowl to be cooked since I had time until they closed, the gal said the fryers were already off. Crappy service. They should just close at 9:30p then if thats the case.

Got there around 9:40 was asked hold on several times for 10 minutes. Exactly at 9:50 she informs me they close in 10 minutes and there is only fried rice, egg rolls and spring rolls. I wouldnt had cared if they just said there was no food but dont dick me around for 10 minutes just so you can say you close in 10. Very unprofessional will not be going back to this one.

My goodness it blows my mind the lack of intelligence this staff lacks. In the last year Ive been there three times and they always mess something up. They ask you if you prefer rice or noodles so they can give you the opposite of what you choose. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Sullivan. Hell, its worth it to drive to Airway!

It was good my order was messed up and I called to have it replaced the girl who answered fixed it right away . Gave me a hole new order!! I felt good because over time Ive had plenty of orders messed up at other panda express and they never did as much.. even with me being a continued customer at there store

The staff consistently gives great service. If they run out of a dish they give suitable options. I have been eating at this particular Panda Express for 7 years and have had no problems. This Panda Express very rarely runs out of a dish. I would recommend this Panda Express to my friends and family.

During lunch hour, theyre so busy... they cant keep up with orders so they skimp on your meal... Really? 4 pieces of chicken in the Panda Bowl? The rest was bell pepper. I feel like I got ripped off. Horrible service. wont go there again

Friday the 28th, July 2017 The employees that were working that night kept the doors open just so my brother-in-law and I could get a good meal before heading back to Davenport, WA. They definitely went beyond the call of duty.

We are from Texas and we have incredible Chinese food there. We moved to Spokane about six years ago the Chinese buffets arent up to par for us. So we enjoy going to Panda Express very consistent and nice and tasty

It may be a fast food American take on Chinese food.... But its soo stinking good! Sometimes though, you end up with the bottom of the pot, dry chicken, but more often than not its quite delicious.
