When we got the food home, we all agreed it was good, if cold. Thats the only good news. When I called in the order, they said within 40 minutes. We got there at 40 mins on the dot. I paid and asked how much longer (I could see our order bag behind the register, partially filled). She said 15-20+ minutes. I told her that put it at an hour or more, not the 40 minutes quoted, and asked if they could please expedite it. I watched them fill other to-go orders ahead of ours for 15 minutes, then went to ask again. We were still waiting for dinners from the wok line. At an hour and 15 mins, I asked to see the manager. She said she was the manager and thats just the way it is. I told her that I would at least expect them to comp a meal. She offered me an extra lo mein that had been sitting there who knows how long. I said no, I meant on my next order - if I ever come back. Nothing doing. No customer service when they are busy. When we finally got our order, it was an hour and thirty minutes since I called it in. Really. I timed it all. If you have more than 5 items in your order, I recommend that you break it into two, and bet you have better luck than we did with a large order. I wont be back.

This restaurant is deceptively large as there is plenty of seating towards the back of the restaurant so you should never have to wait too long. The staff here are very attentive and friendly and are pro-active in their service without feeling like theyre hovering all the time. I had the chicken and black bean sauce with rice and it was nice enough. I dont really rate the spring rolls but my vegetarian friend loved her dinner as they have very convincing meat alternatives. If youre in the area its worth a try if you fancy Chinese.

I had heard they were good, thought Id give them a try . After checking website for hours I drove 40 mins from Palm Springs arriving at 845p to grab some take out, only to be told by disinterested woman at counter the they were closed. When I suggested that the hours were until 9p , she returned " not in the summer, we shut the kitchen down at 840." Waste of time, waste of gas. Update your website and act like a real business with hours that are not arbitrary. I wont bother to come back.

New owners. Service was excellent, food was yummy. We had Mushroom Beef and Veg egg foo young, best ever. We stopped going over a year ago because the quality of food went down. We decided to try again last month and were well pleased with the revamped China Wok. Decor was updated and server was excellent. Going there again right after I post this. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

We were traveling through town. Decided to stop not really expecting much but hoping for the best. We were more than pleased, the food was EXCELLENT! Everything was good. The atmosphere is supportive for a nice evening or just casual dining. My family was very impressed. Definately will return when in the area and will recommend to others.

Food was great. My friend had the shrimp fried rice which was a huge portion, took half home. I had the small portion of shrimp and asparagus. It was delicious but I dont eat rice so I should have ordered the full portion. Service was just OK, had to ask again for my tea and we didnt get the separate checks we requested.

The food quality at this place is not good at all. Compare to this, you can really enjoy Panda Express a lot. The food which is mentioned as Spicy or Hot, its not spicy or hot at all. Very very mild. Not recommending this to another visit.

Arrived for an early lunch. Sat down was served chow mein noodles in a dirty bowl. My iced tea came and had a rotten lemon wedge on it. After having those replaced. I noticed my fork was also dirty. Service was fine. Food was average.

I have eaten here several times now and have tried several different dishes. All have been excellent and the service has been outstanding. If you live in the desert or are visiting and craving chinesse food--this is the place to go.

Very good food! A bit pricey for my budget, but I got two entrees and they were delish! And they have chow fun! Thats a plus nobody has chow fun, good chow fun. I will be back......!
