Came in here one time and called ahead. Got there and had to wait in line 20 minutes and watched my food sit there. I was so upset with this, that I told them "I hope my food isnt cold" and then got a snarky response from both the older man and woman at the register. Although their sandwhiches are amazing, their signature mac & cheese is not. I wouldnt suggest ordering it unless you like gloppy bread crumbs and noodles.. Sigh.. I had it twice, thinking maybe it was just me the first time, but no.

I have to say that this place really does have some kick a$$ sandwiches. The portions are very generous and everything came hot and delicious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their ventilation is basically nonexistent. It was smoky before i stepped in.... I felt like I was trapped in a little room where they serve Korean BBQ (which I love) when in fact I was just having sandwiches. Oh well, next time Ill order something to go instead!

There is nowhere quite like Sodo Deli. The atmosphere speaks for itself... loudly and with as much gusto as is deserved. These truly are amazing sandwiches. Expect the mom and pop vibe along with cheap Manny s, beer baked Mac n cheese, a turkey swiss bacon ranch thats to die for and the best Reuben that most people have ever had. They say they hear that a lot.

Holy Damn. The pastrami sandwich with habenero coleslaw is fantastic, and gives you a nice kick along with it! Tim and his team know what theyre doing on each of their sandwiches, and if you havent explored the menu yet, you are missing surely missing out. Go in with a friend on a Tims way Meatloaf sandwich, and you will be greatly satisfied.

I overhead the bartenders at Westland debating if the pastrami or the reuben was better and I had to find out myself. youll have to judge for yourself, but I enjoyed the reuben. lots of different sandwiches to choose from, and the staff were all smiles and pleasant. good vibes at this place. kinda felt like a momnpop diner.

These sandwiches are awesome. They satisfy your largest appetite or leave you with a second helping for dinner or tomorrows lunch. The owner is great, always willing to go the extra mile. And the brownies....did I mention the brownies! With gooey bits of marshmallows and chocolately goodness. They are truly sinful!

Anytime my band played Studio Seven we would come by the deli before. The owners are super friendly, great vibe and the sandwiches...Dear god. Cant beat em. I live on the Eastside and anytime Im remotely near here I try to stop in. Its that good. I wish they had a shop on the Eastside. Id go there every day for lunch

I need more stars! This place is amazing! We went looking for a good Reuben, and we hit gold! It was delicious!! My friend had a meatloaf sandwich, and it, too, was amazing! So delicious! The beer baked mac-n-cheese was very tasty! And you couldnt ask for better or nicer service! We will definitely be back!

I LOVE SODO Deli -- sandwich geniuses. Giant portions, friendly staff, and great food. My go-to is a gluten-free Turkey Swiss Bacon Ranch, but its also excellent with sourdough or a pub roll. In general, a sandwich is enough to cover two meals for me and I cant recommend this place highly enough.

My favorite sandwich shop ever!! I always get the sometimes Im a vegetarian and it never ever disappoints! It has been a long held tradition in which I get a sandwich from Ikes and then bring it to Seattle to eat. Also, the caramel apple lollipop is a great touch :)

Friendly staff, will always customized your order, always have great movies or shows on the tv, very relaxed atmosphere, even Seattle Police or King County Metro Police know this is a good place to eat, safe environment. Jan and Tim operate a great place.

Hands down, the best sandwich shop in the Seattle Metro area. The Italian Meat Trio was.....the.....best! We had a pumkind and veggie soup that was fresh and extremely tasty. Our new favorite late night dinner spot.
