Friendly service? Maybe only from the owner guy. The servers are absolutely ride. They wont make eye contact with you nor will they greet you. You simply order and they drop off the food to your table. This is the first restaurant in years to leave with no tip. I never really complain about the service (read my reviews) but these guys take it to next level. The service was very consistent from entering in, sitting down, ordering food and paying at the cash register. I felt like an annoyance to them. That being said, food itself is not bad. Both the broth and the meat (pho) gets 4 stars from me. They werent they best I had but decent. I like how brisket was thicker than most other places. I wish there were more meat tho especially when it is $10 for a pho. It wouldve gotten 4 stars but the service brought it down to 3.

I love Vietnamese food - the funky flavors, the hot, the sweet, I seem to physically crave them. I have tried it at restaurants all over the region, And Pho Cyclo is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Its not just the complex, rich, bone simmered broth in the pho, or the spices and herbs for sparkling top notes, it is everything on the menu. Marinated grilled meats, even in the ban mI sandwiches on fresh crunchy rolls. Fresh veggies in the bun noodle dishes with the same grilled meats and shrimp. And the funky, sweet, fiery complex flavors are here in spades. Once you try a dish at Pho Cyclo it will seem flat and uninteresting at any other restaurant.

This is a reliable place for lunch. We usually order the chicken fresh rolls (two big ones for $3.50) and two small bowls of pho ($6.25) each. With tax and tip, this big lunch comes to about $20. The staff is efficient and pleasant. When you sit down, one of them shows up with menus and soon after water, tea, spoon, chopsticks, and napkin. Food service is prompt. We live in the neighborhood, and though there are more highly acclaimed Vietnamese restaurants in the city, we find no need to walk any farther than Pho Cyclo when we have a hankering for this cuisine.

Thank you for introducing me, Soeun. The chicken broth is actually flavorful. They give you this ginger sauce (heaven-esque) to dip your meat into. And when I ask for extra jalepenos and basil they actually respond. Cool? The painting/mural on the wall. As well as the takeout lunch specials they offer during weekdays. Not so cool? street parking. Although Im pretty decent at parallel parking, when Im hungover and in the mood for pho, Im def NOT in the mood to parallel park my car. Plea? Next location on the Eastside (Bellevue/Factoria area) please!

I eat here on a weekly basis, however I have discovered that if i want a quick meal to go, I have to call and order over the phone. It takes a very long time to get your order and it is frustrating when you only have a half an hour lunch break. The pho is good and their sandwiches are delicious! It is slightly overpriced for Pho.

Typical Asian restaurant. The food is your standard Vietnamese fare. However they have a delicious mint lemonade drink that is very refreshing on a hot day. When its packed the service is slow, but honestly sometimes theyve forgotten a part of my order. All in all, Pho Cyclo is okay.

Delicious chicken pho and spring rolls! Fast, friendly service at the height of the lunch rush, homey but very clean atmosphere, and quite reasonable prices. Ive been to a lot of pho shops and this one rates super high. Also, a really cool painted mural in the dining area.

I eat at pho cyclo very often for lunch as it is close to my office. They are usually pretty quick even though they are always busy. The employees are usually friendly. The food is always good and at unbeatable prices in seattle.

Amazing Pho, staff, and great Vietnamese fair. I try to make a stop once a week for lunch and I have never been disappointed. The ownership knows their clientele and never drops the ball in terms of service. Love Pho Cyclo

Was excited to try this place so I called in an order for my coworker and I today, when it was time to pick it up, they didnt have it, had passed it on to other customers and didnt seem to care. Thumbs down.

Wait time was a little long. But it must of been a busy day. Had the #15 Pho Noodle Soup no tripe. It was excellent. Thumbs Up to this Pho Establishment! I will definitely remain going there.

Great quality Vietnamese entrees. Beyond great pho, love the lettuce wraps. Chunk of lettuce you peel to fill with chicken or tofu. Deelish

Best Pho Ive had in the city. The broth is homemade and tastes like it has been cooked for as long as it takes to make really good broth.

Curious why you publish you are open until 4, but locked your door at 2:50, even though the open sign was on. Terrible customer service.

Its pretty good. Nothing amazing and there are cheaper and better deals elsewhere, but if youre on Broadway on Capitol Hill, itll do ya.

Ginger sauce is shipped with the pho. It is delicious. Moreover, the lunch special (to go only) is a great deal.
