The new owners since, 2017, are really nice. They truly care about their business and customers. The employees are not always perfect because theyre usually young students working part time jobs, dont blame them for not knowing all the points of customer service. Most of the time they still provide great customer service. Youre here for the ice cream, its pretty good. Lots of options. Custom ice cream cakes! Cookies! They have Dunkin Donuts to go with their ice cream now, so ask for it if youre a fan of DD. Smoothies too! They can make shakes with many of the ice cream flavors.

New girl named Ada was working when I went in. Shes super sweet, super nice and went the extra mile to make sure my milkshakes were perfect! I told her how Im addicted to BR ice cream & milkshakes, which I am! So she was totally accommodating to my every need! Definitely will go back! I live in Burien and its worth the drive! I wont go to the one by my house. Ada is the best! :) ❤
