I dont know if the crew will actually get to see this ever, but in the case that they do, I have to say this... Gavin has been an amazing employee from the first day I stepped foot in this Starbucks and every day since. The first time I came in, I asked him (jokingly) if I could keep his PSL pin, and without hesitation, he handed it over, recognized my name and said his gf had the same name, and every day since he knows and calls me by name. Today was a really tough day- I woke up to a bloody nose from a sinus infection, had to go into work anyways, i have received an email from my deployed bf in what felt like ages, and when I came in asking for an almond croissant, they didnt have one. He not only gave my an alternative, but he gave me the display croissant as well, told me I was his favorite customer, and said he hoped I felt better. Gavin- youre amazing. I know doing a customer service job is rough, but youre doing it so well. As for the rest of the crew, I have zero complaints as well. Keep doing what youre doing. Its obviously extraordinary work.

This is a well managed establishment. I walked in and was helped by a very nice young man by the name of Ian, and ordered a drink. It was a little hectic so i expect a wait--but it started to be that people coming in after Ive been there were getting their orders and I was still waiting. I walked back up to the counter just to ask about my order, and before prompting, Ian remembered my order and quickly jumped to see what was going on. He even refunded my order for the wait. Within the next few minutes, I had my order. Very nice staff, and very great ethic. Definitely recommend this store!

It has a drive-thru. The people who work here are fantastic, but the interior could be much larger to accommodate all of the customers. I recommend finding a different coffee shop if youre looking for a quiet conversation with a friend in the evenings or weekend. Not a great place for a "first meeting." However, despite the near-negatives, this particular Starbucks has been better than most that Ive visited (which is a LOT!)

This Starbucks is the only one in Poulsbo that currently offers Starbucks Reserve coffees that are brewed in a Clover machine. I recommend trying a Starbucks Reserve Ethiopian coffee (Ethiopian Gedeb if available, but others will do as well) with a splash of heavy cream. This store has fast Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, and lots of places to sit and get work done.

There was only one customer besides me and they had issue with stuck paper in check printing machine. Even though they had another machine not used and few people behind the counter walking around I had to wait few minutes till the first machine is fixed. The coffee is good as usual and the place is clean.

The folks here are very consistent. The drive though is excellent, but if you walk in be prepared to wait from a long line or having them remake your order. No sense of urgency and my order is consistently wrong, I got a decaf latte and plain tea... For some reason that really confused them.

I have been to Starbucks all over this country and I can positively say this store was The Best. From the smiles on the employees faces, to the quality of the drink. Just wish I was in town for longer. Great job crew wish I could give you all a raise :)

In town for training here not even 3 days and the batistas are already recognizing greeting me. Always fast service no matter if there is a ton of people or only a few. Also one of the cleanest locations Ive ever seen.
