5 star review for this Starbucks! This is my go-to before I start work in Wilsonville. The staff (literally every member) is very friendly, pleasant and also working efficiently. I always get my drink fast so I can get to work. They take the time to kno me by name & remember my drink order, since I usually get the same thing. Just visited SoCal and the Starbucks there just dont cut it compared to the service at this location. Being in the service industry I know what it is to go above & beyond, and these employees consistently do just that! They are just a GREAT way to start the morning & also get a great beverage! Two thumbs wayy up for this location!

This morning, we stopped in here and I ordered an Americano with heavy cream. About 90 minutes later, it became very clear that Id been given, not heavy cream, but half and half. You see, heavy cream is all fat without any lactose. Half and half has a lot of lactose. I am lactose-intolerant. So I spent about 45 minutes doubled over in pain in the bathroom with a whole lot of intestinal issues. I know that the baristas work hard, but when someone pays $4 for a cup of coffee, its important to get the order is right. In some cases, getting the order wrong will result in someone with food allergies/intolerances getting sick and never coming back.

Asked for a grande caramel macchiato, pretty sure I received a grande soy sugar free hazelnut something. Could taste the artificial sugar after taste, and the drink overall tasted like garbage. Who ever told the Barista they wanted this drink should be ashamed of themselves. Its really not worth the trip back to complain or give phone call IMO. But when this Starbuck sees this review and they either refund me my money or decide to give me my original drink I ordered I will rewrite my review. Order was @ 8/15/2017 10:13:36 reg:4 (drive through) Im sure who ever received my drink complained. Lol

A lot of transients coming through. Way more than the previous store or Fred Meyers Starbucks. Clearly people that use drugs and arent mentally well. I dont mind someone who is just mentally handicapped, but Ive had one of these people walk around Starbucks and ask us all to give them cash and theyll sign us up for a magazine service. It was very invasive and uncomfortable. Beside that though the store is great, drive thru is sooo nice to have, and staff are awesome.

This location looks amazing and it is great that they gave life to an old building. The staff is always friendly and the iconic Starbucks coffee. The architecture should have been thought out a lot better then it is, this design allows way too much echoing and resonance of loud people and machines. Also, the building is always at a nice frigid temperature. I have had this experience on 4 different visits.

Not the best Starbucks in the area. Service is somewhat friendly, but never exceptional - almost always, the baristas have been smiling but I do not feel the friendliness that other stores have. The store itself is small-ish and does not have a cozy feel as others, like in Canby. The furniture and room are arranged to where it feels messy.

This Starbucks is so incredibly noisy, it blew my mild. How do you create a new build and not take acoustics into account. Because of this you could hardly hear your drinks called when there are only 3 small groups in the cafe. Its a large place. There foam is good.

Newer Starbucks... drinks are hit and miss on if they are made right. Commonly very busy and things get confused easily. They are very eager to ensure they are right by their customers so if you let them know the drink is wrong they will make it up to you

THE best Starbucks in Wilsonville bar none. If you are looking for someone you know, try this Starbucks. Probably has more customer traffic for its size than any other place in town. THE place to go if you want to sit and chat with a friend.

Noisy but a great, easy place for homework and small groups looking to sit and chat. Always a little bit cold in this particular location, but the service is always super fast and staff are as per usual for your typical starbucks staff

Worst Starbucks experience. The two employees working obviously never heard of costumer service. They got my orders wrong. They never apologised or offered to remake our drinks. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks.

The baristas here are always really nice, and Ive never had a wrong order! The location switch is a little inconvenient if you have to make a left turn out of the parking lot, but its worth it for the drive-thru.
