Went here about a hour and a half ago, and the service was horrible! Sitting at our table, waiting for my cousins food, we see employees sit at a table to talk to a girl or two at one table away from us. Some of the employees went OUTSIDE! And we saw them as we left standing near a car (one of them was the manager btw!). So its been a while, and were STILL waiting for his sandwhich to come out. His mango smoothie came out at a decent time, though he said the smoothie didnt taste like a mango smoothie at all. We then see the COOK come out of the kitchen. Who was making the food!? My friend goes up to the counter concerned, and it turns out they FORGOT about his sandwhich. The cook gets called into the kitchen, then someone else comes out to give him his sandwhich. The sandwhich was a triple for the trouble they caused but they put extra mayo (which he didnt want). The waiter brings the sandwhich back in, then brings out one correct, but isnt triple(d). I am very very disappointed, and I dont plan on coming back to this DQ ever.

Horrible service. Waited in a 6 car line for 20 minutes. Finally got to the speaker and was told their blizzard of the month (Salted Carmel Blondie) had no blondies left so they couldnt make it. Asked if they could subsitute for brownies, and the guy said no he was out. Asked what might be similiar, no response. Finally asked for anything with salted carmel and got a salted carmel truffle. Also wanted a Georgia Mud Fudge (My favorite blizzard) they had no idea what it was. So I got a turtle pecan cluster instead. It came COMPLTELY MELTED. It spilled in the carrier that I was handed with our blizzards. ARE YOU KIDDING? They did an upside down test on the one, but didnt even say anything about the melted blizzard. And, why are you out of your CURRENTLY ADVERTISED BLIZZARD? You should know to prepare better than that. And as for service, the kid had to keep asking us to wait because he had to find out what blizzard had what. Gotta say I was really dissapointed. Id avoid this DQ, and recommend you do the same.

This place has gone downhill quick. Poor attitude from the young woman at the drive thru, luke warm food, and the second saddest sundae Ive had. The lady at the drive thru couldnt tell me how much the upgrade would be, she then got an attitude when I corrected the size I ordered and then made someone else come to the window rather then help me.

The food was cold. I seen the cook microwave my hamburger, because it was made yeasterday. The server emptied the friends into my container, sit them on the shelf and made new fries. Again. I think they were cooked yesterday. Cold food. The ice tea tasted like water. Bad experience, suggest you never eat there. I Will spread the word.

I bought there lunch special wow they should have giving me all of it for free cause nothing was good except for my soda when i opened up my burger to see why it wasnt tasting so good i couldnt tell if the lettuce was lettuce or onions it looked like it had been sitting there awhile i guess they lost my business along with ten others

Stopped in for the .99 blizzard. They had a sign about it in the register but when we ordered we were told that they dont participate in that promotion. When we pointed out the sign she removed it. Still no discount. Then the kid bringing out the food looked stoned.

The lady taking our order sounded very irritated. I got a mushroom swiss burger that not only tasted terrible like a cheap frozen dinner, but they didnt even put the swiss on it. The establishment looks very dirty and unkempt in the kitchen from what I could see.

The service there was very poor. We went there for ice cream treats, was given the wrong blizzard (which we found out when we got home) and had to knock on the drive thru window to get there attention our change that they didnt give us.

Food was fair. They appear to have some training issues as they couldnt seem to get out order right. Took them 3 try on 2 combos and an extra side on onion rings. Server was polite though and addressed the issues quickly.

Decent service, decent food. I dont expect to much when getting fast food so disappointment if few and far between, I really enjoy blizzards plus they hook my pooch up with a pup cup and thats just awesome

Subpar Dairy Queen. Does not carry cherry or mint. Probably does not stock a number of other expected items as well. I have been here at least half a dozen times and have never left satisfied.
