BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR MANAGER FROM INDIA. I needed to get the scale ticket insight and fill up my mug with hot water for the tea because I dont drink coffe. Once insight, I remembered that Oregon needs your License plates from both tractor and trailer and I had to go back and write those down. (Edit: it is a new law in Arizona, actually, not Oregon, but I thought Oregon because they were obsessed with pltes numbers). This manager yells like the world is about to end that I can pay for the coffee over there and walks up to me. I said that it was a hot water and instead of backing off, this guy says: CAN I SEE IT? You learn how to be patient when you drive truck and dealing with idiots. I lifted the lid and let this moron to stick his skinny nose into my coffee mug. And he is their manager. Instead of SORRY he says: JUST DOING MY JOB. I am not a free loader. Pilots dont charge for hot water, but I still buy some nuts or 5hr energy or trial mix, but this time I needed to get lisence plates number first. My question to this manager is: Do you have to come half-way around the world to stick your nose in peoples coffee mugs?

Very shady and stole our money. We have a 19 gallon tank and it wasnt on empty so we usually end up with around a 16 gallon fill. We knew something was wrong when it went past that all the way up to 20 gallons. Which is more than our tank can hold. So what happened was their tanks charge you for 20 gallons but only give you 16 gallons of gas. That is a huge loss if your filling up your tank. Should have filled up in portland where even at the most expensive gas station it would have been cheaper gas and better quality. Also we waited in line for 15 minutes to get ripped off. We talked to the attendant and he said there was nothing he could do about it. We even called and said they need to shut that one down until it gets inspected but all they said is that they will look into it. What a shame, we have never had this happen at any other gas station. This is also my first negative review of any company. Its one thing to have poor service its another to rip off customers and refuse to fix the situation.

Been going to this Pilot gas station in Brooks, Oregon for years but this last year they cut the number of gas attendants so much that routinely there are 30+ cars line up waiting and only 2 workers literally running between cars! They are sweaty and stressed and you can see how frustrated they are. And even worse....this establishment still allows customers to leave their car in the gas station, go inside the store, sit down, eat lunch and come back out 20 minutes later while the rest of us are waiting in the gas line! I am not alone in my frustration because I have seen several customers so irritated with the wait that they either pump their own gas or just leave without getting gas. I quit.

To the driver who is all upset about AN INDIAN FROM OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD.. just remember hes a MANAGER & doing his duty. Just so you know Pilot Corporation has strict laws on coffee.. how do I know? I was a store manager at some point & YES I drive trucks... sorry to tell you but other truckers make it hard when they take merchandise out if store thats unpaid. Im sure if you have been trucking long enough you will agree.. Btw.. the store manager is from Bangladesh just so you know & you dont need to know how I know it. Safe travels

Well even tho i love pillot gas station because we use them all the time i didnt have the same experiance on this one due to a guy named Josh as i always ask for an extra towel since i am a girl and this guy said no i cant have people waiting but couldnt belive he said that as i waited for 10 people before my turn! He got me pist off! On the other hand since i entered the gas station i spoke to Arron in the front desk and he was so polite and happy and should have more Arrons around!

Had great experience up until today... Normally I can do a fill up and pay inside without making a prepayment on how much I think it would take to fill my car. The cashier was a bit rude about it and my card has a chip in it apparently they cant read the black strip and the chip reader is not activated yet... How in the world is someone supposed to get anything besides going to the ATM for cash?

Routine stop, never had problems. Clean bathrooms, pleasant staff. The layout of both the parking lot and building is strange. The number of restaurants (Subway, Taco Bell, and Cinnabon) housed here makes it convenient for travelling groups. It is often crowded and noisy. Sometimes the restaurant surfaces arent as clean as they could be, but I suspect this is due to high traffic volumes.

There was some kind of alteration where guy wanted $15.85 in gas and they pumped $20 which over drew his bank account. He asked the manager for a recipt, manager wouldnt give him one and then threatened to take the guy outside and then acted like he was calling the cops. Guy left. Gas station stole his money and lied about it. Will never come here again. Sad I gave them my money.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Gas attendees allowing people to pull in the wrong way blocking someone in whose trying to leave and THEY HELP THEM! Also allowing people to PUMP THEIR OWN GAS...umm hello thats ILLEGAL in the state of OREGON!!! I will not return to this business again. Rude customers RUDE employees just RUDE PEOPLE.

We waited 10 min (no joke) to get gas and the fat guy outside attending gas came to our car as it was about to be our turn and said this other car has been waiting. Ummmm excuse me weve already been waiting 10 min and weve seen you let other people after us in. You wont get our business. Fix your customer service!

Worst gas station experience ever. Slow, inefficient service from the one way overworked attendant, and even when we finally got to the pump, we had to go inside to pay, which took even longer. All in the blazing sun. Recommended if you want to waste a half hour plus getting gas, and overheat doing it...

Gas attendant accidentally kept credit card. I called the morning of 11 March and the woman told me there were over 200 credit cards and she was busy didnt have time to look for it. She told me to order a new one. My bank charges but not her problem. As soon as I remember her name I will post it here.

Gas is a decent price but slow service the workers need to be a little more ambitious. Some of them are just wandering around. After the tank was full it was about five minutes to hang up the nozzle. Get me back to Washington so I can pump my own fuel. This stop for gas took over thirty minutes.
