Location: the location was in the gas station parking lot, on the corner. It is a semi decent location. I say it is a semi-decent location because the parking is not the greatest considering it is for the gas station. It would be nice to be able to sit there at some tables and enjoy the food, but it is understandable because of the location. Cleanliness: the surrounding area to the food truck was clean. The inside was also clean and tidy. The only thing I saw that would have needed cleaning was the lid where the sauce was at the prep table. As a cook and a clean freak in the kitchen, I noticed it easy. Other than that, it was spotless which was very nice to see. View: there is no beautiful view of the ocean or skyline. But, it is pretty unique how they did the stone stove on a food truck. Taste: The Taste was very surprisingly good considering it is very difficult for many places to make a very good thin crust pizza . I decided to try out the Chicken Pesto Pizza. The Pizza had Italian Chicken, Pesto Sauce, Marinated Artichoke Hearts , Roasted Red Peppers, Applewood Bacon, Red Onion and Fresh Mozzarella. There was a perfect amount of Pesto sauce, Italian chicken and spice to the pizza. It was very, very delicious and had the right amount of flavor to it. The little Roasted red peppers added a little bit of spice and zing to the pizza which complimented the saltiness of pesto, and the fat from the Applewood bacon! Service: when I first arrived, I wasnt sure if it was open or closed because it was my first time. But, the cashier welcomed me in and was very friendly and offered me a menu. He was very friendly and explain to me what it is they make their and how they make it. He explained to me with great detail and always a friendly smile. Love the customer service there!! Overall: I feel that they were a great place to get a pizza from whether you take it home or on the road. They were very clean and very friendly. It was very inviting, comfortable and awesome to see how the pizza is made while you are waiting for those few minutes. The pizzas are made in about 5 minutes which is awesome! I will definitely be going back to try more pizzas and see if they keep up the good work and if the quality is still consistent. But from my experience there so far; I highly recommend going to Tuscan Stone Pizza for a delicious pizza.

Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and this pizza has become one of my favorites! Its probably a good thing I live in Utah, because otherwise, Id eat here everyday! It has fresh ingredients and was very well seasoned. The crust was tasty and crispy. A little hard, but I enjoy that. If youre around the area, I would highly recommend it! Also, the service was very quick, and the employee working there was polite and punctual. Tuscan Stone Pizza is an all around great place!
