Working in the food business / people business as well I understand how the fast pace environment with only two people can be a fun challenge. The way these two girls by themselves during a rush that continued out the door for more than an hour (probably even after I left) impressed me. They could have probably used a third person but they still moved the customers down the line at a decent pace with friendly banter and good recommendations. I asked for their names because they truly seemed hard working and always had a smile on their face! If I recall right it was solleyana and Teresa? Haha their names were interesting but definitely great people and made me my awesome ice cream cone. Thanks for the amazing ice cream per usual.

My wife and 4 kids went in for a treat. While waiting for her icecream, the kids had theirs, my 2/ almost 3 year old walks up and says she needs to pee. She is borderline potty trained. This location refused to let her use the rest room resulting in an accident which devistated my little girl! their response to a paying customer was you will need to go into the mall when the bathroom was less than 10 feet away. I am furious and will never spend money with your company again. This is the first time I have heard of a place you can go into and eat but not use the restroom. Dont give your money to this company they clearly dont value their customers.

I came here with my family and when we ordered 2 small ice creams with items mixed in, they did the most lackluster mixing. My 3 year old could have done a better job. I called later to speak with the manager and was told she would call me back and was never contacted. Such a disappointment. For such over priced ice cream I expect amazing customer service.

After I discovered Cold Stones, I literally stopped going to Baskin Robbins (unless I was given a gift card/coupon) and started going here! I love how they mix in all the ingredients in front of you and the ice cream just tastes so fresh and "healthier," if you know what I mean. My favorite is the chocolate with crushed almonds - so delicious! :)

Cold Stone is always pretty fun and the ice cream is great. The price isnt usually too bad but if you could tip them not to sing, that would be great.
