I moved up to Lake Stevens a year ago, and was happy to see a Razzals, as I was familiar with their South Everett Location. This review is soley based on the Lake Stevens Location. Food is good, Service is good enough but nothing special. Their nachos are always a good go to if youre not sure what you are looking to eat. The beer selection is great, and they have plenty of liquor. My problem is with them calling themselves a "sports bar". I have been there 5 or 6 times in the past year, and EVERY time I go I am disappointed in the "entertainment". When I am going there, I go to watch a sporting event. This last time I went, I went to watch game 1 of the NBA finals. Walk in, and the game is on a few different TVs. When you walk into the door, the section to your immediate right has a bank of 5 TVs. Since LAST football season the largest TV in the middle has been broken! There is a black void on the top of the screen taking up about a 3rd of the TV. The other TVS are on, but in Standard definition! The projector is up, and not being used. The sound is on, but unless youre next to the juke box you cant hear anything. Do you not have surround sound in a sports bar? I have had a few other problems with this place when I go there on Sundays for football. Trying to get my game on a TV is a chore. The ladies working are friendly, but have no idea how to operate the TVS. If there is a problem with one of them, youre screwed because they dont know how to fix it. Honestly, I like the place but it is not a place to watch sports. Just because you have a lot of TVs doesnt make you a sports bar. The staff could greatly benefit from some good "technology" training and the owners should drop a little coin in renovating the TVS and sound system. Then this would be my go to sports bar. Instead, its just a disappointment everytime I go to watch sports there.

Frankly, we didnt know what to expect when we first came in here. My wife and I own a restaurant and like to visit new places for ourselves. It didnt take long for the great service to began but what was even more surprising was how friendly the Meredith server was. My wife had the blue cheese mushroom Burger and I had the blue cheese steak salad. First off was the presentation was outstanding, not to mention the large portions, something that seems to be lost in the restaurant industry today. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfect. We couldnt have asked for a better time let alone a fantastic dinner. The Prices are reasonable And this place is a must visit.

my experience: I bought some food there, and noticed that both chefs DID NOT have any hair nets on. Three of the waitresses were porking there face with croutons on the transfer table between the kitchen and bar area (where the food is placed) at that time I saw one of the girls drop a crouton on the floor and she picked it up from the floor and threw it in the trash and immediatly stuck her hand back into the bag of croutons and began to pork down some more.. I dont know if that was her personal bag of croutons or the ones that goes on the salads for the customers, but thats what breaks and lunchtimes are for.. it totally grossed me out...

Weve been coming to razzles for years, but have severely slowed that due to the lack of service and general not caring of the wait staff. Tonight we ordered our mains with salads around 15 minutes after an appetizer. Salads came out emidiatly and the main came out less than 5 minutes later. Nachos not melted cheese that sat for 10 while we finished our salads. Then we ask for the check and it takes 20 minutes and is finally brought by a different waitress when she noticed nothing was happening. Dont bother there are 3 other sports bars in LS.

Went to lunch there not busy at all our waitress never came around, ask for no cheese on burger and was still on there and cold. Asked for sauce on the side took her 3 times for her to finally bring it out. Saw her in the back just talking on her cell phone instead of taking care of her tables. Finally another server was around asked for our bill, she brought it back still never saw our server tell we paid and was leaving Desiree was the server she was terible and I would not recommned her at all.

Fun place, and the food is good. We had the steak & prime rib specials that they put out on Sundays & Wednesdays. Both were cooked perfectly. One drawback was the air conditioning was set too cold, with the air blowing right down on you when seated in the large room to the left as you walk in. Probably not a big deal most of the year, but it was hot that day. Wait staff that we met were friendly and timely with the service. We will be back.

The pool tables and games are nice, and plenty of TVs, but the food is terrible. My steak was cooked ok but had no flavor or spices. My wife and son didnt eat about 1/4 of their food, waitress didnt bother asking if anything was wrong. Also big in nickle and diming us on things like getting broccoli instead of fries or grilled onions rather than fried ones.

Was able to get right in an seated although they were busy. Had the shrimp wrapped in bacon for appetizer highly recommend that. Salad was iceberg lettuce with croutons after the shrimp dish I expected more. The top sirloin Oscar was amazing steak perfectly cooked price was right. Staff was great

Ive never been so disrespected at an establishment before. The waitresses will walk around and not check up on you to see if your drinks are full or if you need anything. Weve been here a number of times and this has happened every time. This is the last time well go there.

One of the few places a woman can go by herself and feel safe and have fun. Tiffany and Kelsey are awesome, but then again I havent met a staff member I didnt like. The customers are friendly as well. Very underestimated place. Glad I moved within walking distance.

LOVE this place. Good bartenders, consistent pours, reasonable drink prices and surprisingly good food. This is a sports bar though, dont expect bottle service or table dancers. :)

Cod and chips is amazing. So is the London broil. Fair priced and the food is amazing. The fries are very heavy on the stomach so your sure to be full at the end of your meal.
