I must not see the same employees as others because I have not seen front line workers smiling or positively interacting with customers (feels more like prodded cattle down a line). Food is good, but in all honesty if you dont like what you eat its your fault... Because you choose nearly every aspect that goes in your food. I usually come there during lunch time, but try to avoid the 12pm lunch rush. Okay Im officially done with this location. The person took cash and then proceeded to make our food, wearing the same glives. I pointed out if he could change his gloves I would be appreciated. I usually go to this place 1 to 2 times a week. And the soda machine is constantly broken. I am done rewarding mediocre service and health standards.

We came here for dinner because coupons came out in the mail. (Us and everyone in Lake Stevens) Qdoba was poorly understaffed and had no idea a coupon was dropped that day. There were 4 employees including the manager busting their butts to keep up with the steady line. I was so impressed they were still smiling. Considering the circumstances and the amount that of people I watched come through the line after me I was impressed with how hard this crew worked together as a team. This manager deserves praise that she was able to keep her crew motivated and smiling through it all. What a great bunch. We will be back. (Not on coupon drop night)

Worst one Ive been to by far. Manager chopping chicken in the back while a long line, and one young lady trying to make multiple orders at a time. (Chicken was also full) I was standing there for 5-7 min before she began my order. Thats when the manager came from the back. Not to ask what she needed but to chop chicken. Lady working the line was unskilled, unsanitary, and also prepared the food extremely poorly. I managed a qdoba for 4 years this was NOT okay. Very dirty everywhere. The only other employee I saw was on the phone on hold obviously because he was just holding it to his ear standing awkwardly as he watch the steady line.

Both times I have been here the employees have been great. I find it a little tacky they are allowed to wear flat billed non-qudoba hats (Green Bay for example). What makes this place bad in my opinion is the portions. I have been to several qudoba and most of the time its a big burrito but not at this qudoba. This visit I didnt even get a full scoop of rice. I will be trying this location a few more times since I really like qudoba but wont continue if my almost 10 dollar burrito continues to be so much smaller then other locations.

I have given this Qdoba two chances. The first time we ordered online and they did not put meat in our burrito/bowl. Also, the place was dirty both times. The second time the staff was just plain unenthusiastic. They didnt know their own menu and they were all out of guacamole? How? I also let the manager know about my experience the first time and he just said, "Oh, Ill give you a discount." By the reviews Ive seen though its all reoccuring. Not going here again. Even if the food is good. Ill drive extra to Chipotle.

The restaurant was destroyed, dirty, old food everywhere. Staff was more interested in hanging out in the back. Refused to make certain types of meat and veggies due to lack of prep. Unapologetic and too stoned to care. One customer walked out after he chewed them out. I will not return to this location.

Stood in line for 15 mins. One person on the front line serving orders and cashiering. 4 others cooking and prepping. Finally we are 3rd in line and overhear they are out of queso and guacamole. Really?! Taco Time here we come. Oh, and the people behind us in line beat us to Taco Time!

This Qdoba is disgusting. I will be contacting the health department. People are about to get extremely sick if things arent adressed. My wife and I love Qdoba and we were excited about a closer location. I dont think anything has been cleaned since I was there 4 days ago.

Food was great as usual. The design of the seating is horrible. There are two enormous tables that take up too much room and there are two large tables that seat 10 people that you cant separate. Dont like to eat right next to people I dont know.
