Wish I could give it a worse rating. My mother and I went here for lunch one afternoon, and I ordered a burger, and she ordered the spinach dip (I said curry earlier, dont know why) Everything was fine except my burger had Mayo on it and Im allergic (which I had told them when I placed the order and asked them kindly not to put any on my burger). I was a little hesitant to send it back because Id heard horror stories of servers/cooks spitting in peoples food and such for asking to remake a meal, and on top of that our young waitress was NOT having a good day from what we could tell and basically looked like she wanted to kill everyone. But my mother insisted that it would be fine and that I needed to eat. So she sent it back very kindly. The waitress gave me a look, and then my burger, and then gave me the fakest smile Id ever seen and said "Ill fix it right away....". A few moments later I had a new burger, but also, our waitress went around the corner and got me a brand new coke when I had yet to even take a drink out of the one I had.... I thought this was a little odd. We also didnt see her for the rest of our meal and had to walk to the front to get our bill. I took a sip of my new coke and it tasted salty.... my mother and I ate our food and left, leaving the girl a good tip (wish we hadnt) and were on our way. A few moments later in the car I felt my stomach begin to churn. I was vomiting and fighting off diarrhea on the side of the road and ended up going to the hospital. Checked everything, I had been poisoned by saline solution. Someone (the waitress) had poured saline solution into my new coke because my mother asking for a new burger pissed her off enough to make a young girl sick. Found out from the ER nurse that this is a fairly common practice in restaurants if a customer is horrible and the staff feels they deserve retaliation. I was shocked and spent the evening at the ER. No matter WHAT we did nothing justifies poisoning someone and making them sick. And on top of that, my mother and I asked incredibly nicely and have never had a problem at another restaurant EVER. This place should be shut down and that girl should be fired. I doubt she still works there but if she does, she deserves to be fired, if not more.

When this restaurant first opened, it was a homerun. Over the last 6 months, it has each and every time slid downhill to the Bad category. What a shame - we had something good going in Issaquah! Amazing to watch the decline really besides being disappointed. I was a monthly customer. Now I will not return unless I know a big shake up has happened. White bean puree with scallops was so salty I could not eat it, other friends I was with agreed and one spit into napkin. Spinach salad was literally steaming hot (supposed to be cold) because it sat under the heat lamps so long. Childrens hamburgers took an incredible amount of time to come out. No reason for that. Mushy grapes with fondue, no tomato, cheese, garbanzo beans, salami with chop chop salad, just a few dried thin pieces of chicken and a mountain of lettuce that was bitter (literally bitter) with very little dressing. Service was very good to start at this meal, but went from excellent to literally holding credit cards in hand praying for someone to take them. We literally turned down free dinner cards - that is how I feel about WildFin and how poor this review is. Funny but I have heard this from neighbor, and someone I work closely with over the last few months too. Word is getting out, WildFin is going downhill. What a shame, great atmosphere, great menu and just lost its touch - but big time!

Just tried Wildfin for the first time since they opened. The ribeye is from corn-fed beef, and tasted more of the gas of the grill than of the actual taste of beef. In a surprising twist, I liked the grilled vegetables more than I like the steak... and Im a big beef eater. This was a birthday outing for both myself and my husband, and we both had the same thing. The Long Island Iced Tea I ordered was watered down, and not worth the $12 that I was charged for each one when I requested the top shelf liquor to be used. The service left a bit to be desired - the host not only did not greet us properly, but also tried to sit us in the middle of a room even though we requested a spot along a wall AND had a reservation, and seemed like it was a bother to be welcoming & friendly. The waitress was professional and pleasant, but quite distant. The place was busy & noisy enough, but the staff & the food left something to be desired. Itll be a while before I try them again, especially when I can have a better steak dinner at home for a lot less cost.

This place looks better than it is. Ive been here several times. The staff (including the managers) do their jobs just fine! Always accomadating or try to be. Its the kitchen than needs work.. I dont mean the cooks, I mean the menu, and the recipies. First off, they re did the menu to make the food more expensive. Way expensive. Incredibly over priced. You may as well go to a nice seafood/steakhouse on the water. It will probably cost less and be twice as good. Every thing I have gotten was just okay. I do not know why this place has more than 4 stars. Since they raised their prices from already over priced food, I definitely will not be back. If you do go here, go for brunch. The grits are bomb.

I have been to Wild Fin more times than I can count, mostly with a work group that holds monthly meetings in their conference room. Their service is always great, and of the several dishes Ive tried, theyve all been delicious. I love the Cheddar Burger, and the fries served with it are some of the best Ive had. The Cougar Gold Chili Prawn Mac & Cheese is perfect comfort food. The Double Dipped Fried Chicken is also very good. Basically, they have a great menu that can please just about anyone. Its a great place to have a meal, and Ive never had a complaint. Cant wait to come back later this month!

I recently had what was in my opinion, a rather sub-par experience at this establishment. The atmosphere was about what youd expect for a mid-level American grill, and our waiter was very warm and welcoming. But lets be honest, none of us go to restaurants for the atmosphere or customer service; we go there for the food! Ill spare you the details, but the food was terrible! And after seeing that we only took three bites out of one of the meals the waiter didnt even ask if there was a problem with it! We werent even looking for a refund, just a quality of service that showed that they cared.

Mothers Day was ruined by this place. Reservations for 2:30p, we werent seated until 3pm. No drinks brought or lunch order taken until 3:40p. No meals brought until about 4:20pm, making it an early dinner rather than a lunch. Our dinner plans for later were wasted. Also, my wifes steak was way over-cooked to a degree that she couldnt even eat it. And since service was so bad and so slow she didnt send it back for a new one, going without a meal for her Mothers Day. Thanks Wildfin. NOT!
