Last summer when I went to Mi Casitas, I was blown away with their delicious food and friendly service. However, this summer I was really disappointed by how I was ignored while waiting on line by the waiter who didnt even bother letting us know how long the wait was. The food took forever to come out, and when it did was only OK. Try it if you want, but dont hold high expectations.

After hearing the waitress apologize for making my Margarita too strong, she said " maybe I need more Theraflu" I took a few sips, about an inch. I asked if we could add some mix , it was terrible. I didnt drink it. I usually tip well, but when she charged me for it, after buying dinner and dessert, I left an extra .65 cents. Maybe get some more Thera flu with it.

My experience was decent, It was quite difficult to get the attention of someone to seat us. That is the most important thing to me when entering an establishment, acknowledge everyone coming in giving you business. The ordering and prompt meal made up for the 8 minutes waving to someone in kitchen to find a cashier. The food was decent, the atmosphere is great.

Compared to other Mexican restaurants, I found the food to be a bit bland. I was also very surprised to see them charging rather high prices for things like extra mole sauce ($3.50), sour cream ($1.00), and cilantro ($1.00). Service was good but a rather large spider dropped onto the seat next to my daughter.

Great food, reasonable prices, full bar and very friendly staff. The margaritas and the atmosphere are the main reason to visit, but the food will keep you coming back. Large portions and consistently great flavor. Dont let its location in a hotel fool you, this is an island staple!

Our experience was pretty mediocre. Food was typical basic Mexican food. Service was friendly but almost nonexistent. Took forever to order. Forever for food to come. No one checked on us or refilled water. Took forever to get check. Forever to pay the check.

I ordered steak fajita which came with beans and rice. I didnt like it. The salsa for the chips was something out of a jar, I think. Didnt like that either. The waiter didnt seem that attentive. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
