I purchased fish in vacuum package, got home (about 3 hours drive) opened the package few days later, and the bad smell filled out all leaving room. Called the customer service, they talked with me impolitely. That reminded me the same customer service back in USSR. I spend at the store about $200.00 and $40.00 went to the garbage can. This was my last visit to the store (we went there with purpose to get good food for Christmas dinner, but it was screwed up) Hope the owners will do something to improve the quality of produce and customer service, otherwise they will start losing customers, I am one of them.

Weve been shopping at this place since the day they opened and I wish I could give them 6/5 stars because they go above and beyond to help you! Nobody beats their prices on fruits and vegetables. They always have such a large selection of meats and cheeses in their deli dept. Their array of pastries, cakes and deserts is unbelievable! My favorite part is the food in their cafeteria: always fresh, many varieties, healthy and SO DELICIOUS! Their staff members, especially Irina, have incredible customer service skills, very helpful and friendly. Its our familys favorite grocery store!

One of the best stores in area. Store owners need to decide on the schedule work. I find unacceptable when I come on Friday at 8:30 pm. (Please vchahu even half an hour before closing) and completed the purchase of 8:50 (10 minutes before closing shop) Nevertheless, all workers without exception, with whom I had to face. Not even trying to cope their dissatisfaction with my presence. In the meat department already cut meat and cheese refused because already washed equipment. Just make clarification between employees or make working hours so that you fully catered to last minute.

Тот самый "самый большой русский магазин". Тут вы найдёте так необходимую вам гречку, манку и селёдку. И да, очереди из бабушек в колбасном отделе тут тоже есть. Всё как вы любите из того, что осталось на родине. Вот только продавцы по-американски вежливые и улыбчивые.

Clean, organized and well lit European food store with convenient location. I love that I can buy my regular produce as well as specialty foods here for a low cost. They have a wide selection of teas, deli meats, and cheese. Everything is so fresh and delicious! Makes it hard not to grab an extra ice cream or DADU frozen cheesecake dessert bar into your cart! Also if you spend more than (30$ I believe) you get a free ice cream cone or coffee/tea. PS: their napoleon cake is always so flaky, fresh, and creamy!

This place is great, Ive been there probably dozen of times so far and the people there are just fine. I havent met the owner personally but the staff has been very helpful and nice to me so far. They sure have the freshest meats and bakery around. This is the only Russian store I know which has at least 12 or so cars parked outside so there are always people shopping. They also have very nice restaurant inside where you can have a nice lunch for just about $5-6. I recommend them to everyone.

My wife is from Russia, and until we found Marvel, she hadnt found a Russian style grocery/deli in the Puget Sound area that she really liked. The atmosphere, staff and selection at this store are top notch and the quality of the food is great, both to my American tastes and to my wifes Siberian pallet. Big selection of meats, fish, fresh baked goods, Russian or other Eastern European canned goods, produce ... we love this place.

I got rang up for some items that I didnt purchase. When I brought back the receipt and told the owner about it, he yelled at me and stated that they do not make mistakes. I was purchasing some more items at the time and the cashier made some price mistakes which I pointed out to him. He told me to shop elsewhere if I dont like it. Worst customer service ever. Shop at Valley Harvest instead.

This store has the biggest selection of Eastern European food in Washington state! I personally enjoy coming here for the deserts, wafers, freshly-cooked пирожки (pirozhki) and their wide variety of teas. Their cheese, meat, and bakery items are also superb. +5 I see several reviews about the customer service being bad, I have not had any problems with their service.

M ,at check out line her unprofessional behavior and rudeness is .... ugly ,the way she handles serting situations... please work on it ,fix your attitude .We like the happy and freandlines instead...Next time)

Best in Washington. The owners do their best to make sure nothing in expired, have the most delicious foods. They have anything you would ever want, meats, ice cream, veggies, fruits, teas, juices, baked goodies and a mini restaurant with chairs and tables.

I dont live in Auburn but I work there and come lunch time Ive come to think of it as a food desert. Until now. I just got 3 big delicious meatballs and a tub of yummy broccoli raisin salad for 6 bucks and some change. So far, Im impressed!

Great grocery store for European foods, good meat/cheese selection. Can be crowded, especially on weekends or before holidays. Parking is limited during rush hours. They do have lunch buffet, russian culinary prepared meals...

One more choice for the lovers of an ethnic food. This time eastern European. Wide verity of meats, delis , diary and desserts. You can also get a good lunch in deli department on a very reasonable price.
