I am so sad that customer service has become robotic. The staff use to be friendly and as a customer you felt good. I ve been an excellent customer going at least two times a month for about 15 yrs. I order the same tuna and bacon every time. I ve always paid with my ATM debit card with no issues. Recently,an female owner has been working. So I understand if there are business issues that she is addressing to make it more profitable ..yeah! But somewhere in this change As a customer Id felt hurried,anumber,picked on and filled with a lot of negative tension. The owners voice is loud and demanding.She has a way of looking at you with a smile but she doesnt seem to see or acknowledge you. For example, a lady who had just paid 46. dollars for crab was asking for more butter..even though the owner grab the butter container..in her sharp voice she was directing another person across the shop. My turn she never did acknowlege my order..just said the crew knew my order after I said it. She is business (good)but no customer service.Just get them in and move them out. At the register, it was the same way. The debit option was gone...I was asked for an ID which I thought was joke. I said I ve been a customer for twenty years and you want a Id Quicklty,the clerk pointed to a sign ..then said 5000 dollars was just lost on a stolen credit card we took(not my business..too much info..an excuse for bad service) This as a good customer was not my fault so now I have to pay. I then asked if this policy was for everyone because at that moment I d felt as if profiling was going on. In a matter of seconds this clerks whole body language and attitude change negatively. She just gave me a look that made me very uncomfotable.I said ,you are not the owner .. you are only dong your job.This is when she pointed to the female with the loud robotic non customer service oriented Demeanor! I felt she was not doing a good job. This is not an April Fools joke! Luckly,this business has the right location and the food (made by employees that have been there for years with people skills who dont raise their heads anymore) is great! Right now ,the customer service sucks starting at the top. I will not be back as a customer for awhile and especially when the owner works I am going back to make sure the ID policy includes everyone! If there was a negative star Today, that would be my ratimg!

I thought this place would be cool. All I wanted to do was eat seafood while enjoying the ocean breeze and summer sun. Other than the chilled cocktail shrimp, your only seafood options are deep fried which is a huge bummer. While nothing fried sounded good to me, I figured that the calamari would be the safest option. It was all rings, none of the flavorful tentacles, and they came from the freezer which I find to be unacceptable. Its called the Seabreeze market and youre serving frozen, fried seafood. Shame on you. The location is awesome and it has the potential to be a great restaurant, but it falls short. Sauté some shrimp in a little bit of beer, butter, and garlic or grill up a little bit of fish and Ill be back every weekend. Until then, I may come back for a beer, but Im staying away from the food.

I think everything tastes better when eating at a picnic table! When is comes to fried oysters... this is my go to place. They are huge and done just right! You just need to know to (1) order first at food window (2) get in line to pay (3) grab a seat at picnic table and then go check back on your order, which will be ready quick. You can also get amazing smoothies here too!

Great local sandwich shop and deli. Stopped to get lunch to take on our boat. They have coffee and baked goods as well for early birds! Recommend it over the chain shops nearby.

The BEST Pastrami sandwich Ive ever tasted. On top of that their shake was out of this world. Great location and a great place to catch lunch on break.

Love this place. Great place to hang in the sun and enjoy some good food. Folk that work there are great. Dig the fries and the burgers are alright.

Long lines and waiting. Burgers arent the best. Tables are dirty. But it is still ok for a quick bite.
