The general managers name is Keith and he is an excellent customer service representative for this company. His staff are friendly and professional. I noticed some of the other comments included that they run out of chicken a lot but thats to be a given sometimes and Food Service when you get busy! I was a manager for Hooters for several years and sometimes the demand exceeds the supply. When this happens, they dont have it. They remain professional and do the very best they can to make sure that every customer is taken care of. My opinion is that that is the main difference between them and many other food establishments. I appreciate the hard work of Keith and his staff. A lot of his staff are teenagers who are still in high school and they should be commended for their hard work and not negatively criticized when they simply run out of chicken for a few moments while fresh chicken is cooking. Overall. I think they do an absolute job and Im happy to eat at that particular location whenever I do!

My review of KFC Front Royal: They need help in how to service the public as a fast food venue. I dont care when I go, they never have chicken prepared and ready to serve. Its apparent they do not have skills set for inventory and meeting the demand in the area. Whats the purpose of fast food when you place an order theres a wait to cook chicken. I recently made another visit and once again a 15-min. wait to cook grilled chicken. It is always something, whether in drive-thru or inside.

Food is absolutely awful at this kfc and we love kfc everywhere else chicken tastes rotten the breading was wrong and made both my kids sick. Oh and wait time was insane have no idea what they do in there cause your not waiting because theyre busy. Please dont go to this one in front royal, definitely dont take your kids.

This use to be a good KFC to get good food. Not anymore. Twice my food didnt taste good. This last time the strips were small,not hot or fresh, mashed potatoes & gravy looked like they sat for hours & hardly any gravy in with them, Cole slaw was nasty & not fresh. They lost my business for good

The worst place to eat in Front Royal. The food is bad, the service is bad. Wait over 20 minutes for an order. On top of that, they get it wrong. Everyone here needs to be fired and start from scratch. Im surprised they are still in business.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken only bucket. I discovered when I got home that not only was the checken not fresh, they also only gave me 4 large pieces, no thighs and a total of 4 wings and 4 legs. I just spent $19 for this? Never again!

Keith and his team were on point with the freshness and hotness of the food. Its been two years since Ive had KFC and its still a good atmosphere.Its a very busy travel weekend and the staff kept everything together with smiles..

The first time I went here they ran out of popcorn chicken and chicken strips so I couldnt get a mashed potato bowl and today being the second time they forgot 1/2 of my order. Will NEVER return.

Service is very very slow. Ordered one meal and waited almost 20 minutes dining in. Then received my meal and it wasnt even correct. Almost every table was dirty. Wont be returning here again..

My experience today was good. We got the family meal all white meat, chicken was hot and the mashed potatoes were so good. Had to wait a few though, but all of our food was good.
