This BK is the worst one of all. Back in the summer of 2015-August 2015-They twice screwed up my order-I wanted my cheeseburger plain and got one loaded with condiments I did not want-the second time I only got a burger missing cheese-the third time they got it right! How hard is it to follow instructions here OR does this location hire really stupid people unable to follow directions? I was very upset and did notify the district manager-whom never even bothered to reply! VERY BAD!!!

Consistent, clean, good customer service, better than many of the other fast food options in the area. There are 3 McDonalds within 5 mins of this Burger King, and they are all terrible. Has made a Burger King loyalist due to how terrible the others are. Kudos for doing it right!

I was disgusted as soon i steped in floors were wet almost fell I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. And asked for no lettuce they put lettuce on my sandwich anyways. I recommend dont come to this Harrisburg Burger King Location. EVERR

Absolutely enjoyed the drive thru this morning. They made my coffee with cream and sugar. I will stop here again. Normally these places wont but they were not busy and Im thankful for them today.

Normally the food is great but today 4/6/17 my mother and I ordered the new crispy chicken and when we took a bite, it was rubbery. Other than that Ive never had a problem with this store.
