We have gone here every year for a special occasion and have always had a great time. This year, there was a slight mix up with our reservations but they did everything they could and even comped some Sake for our trouble. The chef we had was very nice, fun and great with the kids, and lets face it, we are there because the kids are entertained. The food was very good and the portions were good sized and not over cooked. All in all, a great time and a fun way to be able to sit with friends and family have have a laugh and good meal. We will be back!

As a previous employee I can tell you the food started out great now its horrible. The Bar your over paying for watered down alcohol. The staff are always speaking inappropriately while in the restaurant about adult and offensive topics. When I was working there as the bartender I always fighting with one of the managers due to there inability to stay away from the bar and to stop drinking the alcohol behind it. I stopped working there about 6 months ago I went in last week and its HORRIBLE dont waste your money on this place.

Your employees are rude and offensive. I will never come to your restaurant because I encountered your employees wearing your uniforms while out in public. I had my kids with me and to say the least their language was very offensive to my childrens ears. If you are going to let your employees wear polos with your name on it out in public you should maybe tell them to represent your company better. I will never come to your restuarant or recommend it to anyone because your employees are rude!

Their customer service is trash they tell me they can not fix my order when it is messed up. They do not care about their buisness at all and their customers! Portions were terrible ! One dish was to salty and the other was not hot. Their sushi tasted over dated as well. I advise you not to go here go to Otanis if you want hibachi way better experience.

One server, one host, and one chef at night. While the food was as good as any hibachi place, it was absolutely unacceptable to wait for 45+ minutes for our order to even begin being considered. AND WE HAD A RESERVATION! I blame management; to be so understaffed on a busy night... would not recommend.

The name had changed. The service was marginal. The soup had to go back. Itvw as s like licking a salt block. The rice on the habachi (flat metal cooking surface was over cooked. The steak sold as filet was actually round steak. Way over priced! Poor quality and not worth going back ever.

Portions are very small for price point. Service is merger. Food was slightly below average. One in my party got ill from lobster. Was charged grutity on a party of four. Disappointing expieemce, needless to say I will not revisit.

WTF??? WORST food ever!!! Everything is watered down,bland and tasteless! Not enough soy sauce in the world to save their food!!! :( The service was awful and disappointing. Id NEVER recommend this place or go back. :(

I had a great sushi and hibachi experience with my family . Everything is fantasy, and the sushi is great. All the sauce is made with natural ingredients without msg at all. Will go Back again with my family!!!!
