Great food. I order delivery from them frequently. But as of late, they have been leaving items out of my order, which I understand can happen from time to time. But this is the third time something has been forgotten. And calling to talk to them about it was moot. Their customer service could use some work. Ordered the sashimi lunch, and waited over an hour and a half for delivery. I didnt recieve any rice. Its hard to eat just plain raw fish for me without the rice...

So, I order food from here about once a week... I get about 50 - 75 dollars worth of food each time too. 1) Their food is ALWAYS Fresh. ALWAYS. 2) Their sushi is amazing. I tried sushi for the first time here, and I MELTED! I get a similiar reply everytime I order 6 Cali rolls and 6 Cucumber [64 Pieces of Sushi] 3) Everyone is always smiling when I visit If I could give this place more stars I would. Im actually ordering the moment they open today! MUST HAVE FOOD!!!!

Ive been eating here since they opened and I LOVE their food. Theyre the best Ive had in the Fredericksburg area AND the Ashland area....I drive 45 minutes to enjoy their food :) I just wish I could clone them and place one in my home neighborhood, but until then Ill just keep stopping by on my way home from work :)

We got the sesame chicken with fried rice. The chicken was dry, there was bits of chicken the were hard and inedible. The sauce was pretty good. Nothing to really set it apart from others in the area. There was people eating when I walked in and their food looked pretty good.

Consistently good food and huge selection to pick from. The location is really a hole in the wall so I wouldnt recommend eating at the restaurant itself. However they do deliver. Probably the best Chinese delivery in the spotsylvania area.

Food is really good, Not greasy...... I wish they would fill my soup containers to the TOP though. Other than that A+++++++++ Friendly staff, fresh food, fast......we dont go anywhere else for our Chinese food.

Red bowl is a fascinating restaurant. The people are great and there food is fantastic. Would recommend eating there if you want five star service.
