Nothing better than dealing with ignorant and condescending cashiers, who dont know their own business. If I paid for 2 kids meals (that come with a cone) and pay for a 3rd additional medium cone. That transaction is DONE. I come back to the cashier to use my .50 coupon to order and pay for a listed item on the coupon and cashier proceeds to act like Im trying to get something for free...I will never give my business again. It wont be missed, but learn how to treat paying customers with some respect. Store #8967, NELL0020

I had a bad experience at DQ, I asked the cashier, before ordering are you going make my Burger, the way I want it the cashier stated yes, so I proceed to order my food. I then went to the soda fountain, to make my drink there was at least 100 Ant in the drip trey, I tell the cashier, she said there just Ants, then I get my food it wasnt right , I gave it back and asked for my money, back she said come back. Dont even waste your time, the staff is rude and they do not make your order properly. Twice I ordered a Royal strawberry cheese cake blizzard and was given a regular blizzard. I believe in giving people the B.O.D. but they will not get my hard earned money ever again. Wish I could give them no ☆s they arent deservant of the one but it wont let post otherwise
